Sorry to hear you have not seen the reply. A reply to your online enquiry was sent to you on 20/03/26 at 09:28 and a follow up with an alternative product a few minutes later. Great customer service …
I was recommended Challenge Fencing (CF) Cobham.
Contacted CF to enquiry about frame for a gate which I ended up purchasing.
I was taken aback by the impressive customer service received by all staff members that I had the pleasure to speak to, in particular Murtaza.
They all made my purchase a breeze, from advice on product requested and requirements to the ordering process.
Great communication throughout, good interpersonal skills, professional approach and courteous.
Lastly, I have visited many timber/fencing merchants in my lifetime but Challenge Fencing Cobham is now my preferred choice.

Online ordering was straightforward and I was subsequently contacted by telephone to arrange a delivery date.
I had asked for prior notice of the delivery time so that I could move the car out of the drive and I was telephoned in advance.
The two delivery men put the concrete gravel boards and featheredge fence panels in the drive where requested.
Disappointing that the nails used in the featheredge panels are not galvanised though.

Why aren't all shops like this?
The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Cobham were a real pleasure to do business with. It is rare to find staff that go above and beyond the norm to help customers find the right products for the job and give advice on how to avoid costly mistakes. Would highly recommend and use again without hesitation.
