I couldn’t recommend Charters Estate Agents in Romsey highly enough. They sold my property incredibly quickly and achieved the full asking price, with the whole process from listing to completion taking less than four months.

All of the viewings were handled smoothly, and throughout the process Tom, the manager, and especially Chloe were fantastic. I dealt with Chloe regularly and she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and kept me updated at every stage, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.

We were really impressed with the level of service and how efficiently everything was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters to anyone looking to sell their property, particularly in the Totton area.

Francesca has been excellent. Her quick response to any issues has been fabulous. She is polite, courteous and friendly. She has helped me out tremendously. My sincere thanks to Francesca.

Very quick and helpful responses and follow up from some issues that came up during an inspection - our agent helped arrange solutions quickly and efficiently. He also helped provide financial requested at very short notice - really helpful!

I had an issue with my Commode’s Cistern. The water was stopped filling cistern. I thought if I raise the issue to fix, it might take ages, but Harry and Adam they took it seriously this case and they followed up continuously.
The best thing is they considered our best time of availability and according to that they arranged the plumber to fix it.

Geanina and Sarah from Charters were very helpful and professional when I had an emergency leak at my property. They dealt with the issue swiftly and a plumber came to the property the same morning and fixed the issue. Great customer service.

Andy was great, answered every question and was very friendly.

Have had a great Expericence with Emma and Stacy. As a first time buyer , the whole experience has been quite alot but theyve been patient and explained every step of the process to us. Much Appreciated !!
