We visited the Fareham branch this morning and was pleasantly greeted by Neil who made us feel welcome and genuinely interested in helping us, and then introduced us to the sleep machine and made us a drink. We were introduced to Brandon who assisted us for the rest of our visit. Brandon was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. We tried a range of mattresses and felt listened to when we shared the things we liked and didn’t. We were delighted to find a mattress we loved. The whole experience was extremely positive from the minute we entered the store to when we left. We can’t wait for our mattress to arrive. Excellent customer service all round would highly recommend.

My experience with Lynn was so swift and easy

We purchased a TheraPur Polar 2000 mattress and it has been awful and very uncomfortable. It is far too firm and has sagged and a huge dip. We are not happy with this purchase at all and no longer want the bed or any other Dreams want to offer us. We have been told refunds are only available within 30days, but Dreams tell you to sleep on the mattress for 30 days for it to settle, then you have no option other than a replacment which we don't want. We are left with an awgul bed and lots of stress and hassle of phone calls and emails back and forth

Paul was an excellent advisor, specialist and person to help us choose the tailored bed setup for us (3x). He was patient, knowledgable and kind in his approach. An exemplary steward for Dreams and for Tempur. Really represents the top end of customer service. Thank you Paul!
