Found exactly what I needed in the Croydon store. Diane was great, she listened and fully understood my needs. No pressure selling, just a nice, calm environment and chat. I fell in love with the Ashbourne which has £400 off in the sale - woohoo!!! A 3 week delivery time isn’t ideal, but I’m prepared to wait for perfection!! Roll on August 28th ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ps. You need to sort your system out as it was putting the same reference on all receipts, so my order number had to be written on manually!

The best thing about buying my sofa bed from this store was the outstanding customer service I received from the salesman Gabe who was both knowledgeable and friendly and took trouble to discuss the various styles of sofa bed available and to demonstrate them.
He helped me to decide on a model which met my need for occasional guest use but with enough comfort for a good nights sleep.

I visited this store today and was made to feel very welcomed, offered coffee, a biscuits as well help and directions to the area i was looking for, the store was well set up and clean and tidy, I was offered to try I think its called sleep match i was amazed by this , as it showed me what I was needing to look at.
Staff were amazing also made me feel very settled as well as welcomed, this experience was 10 times better than that at the other stores like Bensons, which was shocking.
Dreams Inverness store was out this wild.

I visited the Fareham store, to have a look for some Pillows, Neil helped me, I did not know someone could be so knowledgeable about them, Neil was great in explaining why I needed to get the right one for me, and I can say after using it for a few days, I made the right choice.

Neil at the Fareham store, was so informative, nothing was to much trouble, a lovely cup of tea while I made my choice, and I left feeling I had made a great decision.

Umar Ali helped us choose our mattress and pillows at the Southall Dreams store.
He was very welcoming and thoroughly professional. He took us through the process of going through the different types of mattresses available and the ones that would suit our budget according to the issues that we had stated. He addressed each of our issues with attention and provided various options and then guided us to the choice that fitted our budget. We are very happy with the service he provided. He was friendly and attentive through out and helped us get value for our money. Thanks Umar Ali!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing 2 mattresses. Seamless and smooth service all with a smile and extremely professional. Great advice and suggestions and polite enough to give us time to think and discuss whether we would like to go ahead with the purchase. He is an absolute asset to the store and I suggest that staff in other stores learn how to provide excellent customer service too instead of a quick, pushy sale! I would highly recommend that you go to this store and ask for him as he is knowledgeable and experienced and you will leave being a very happy customer.

Appreciated the approach in store, not pushy sales driven, but very pleasant and laid back, whilst being very helpful & informative.
We tried the electric bed tester that helps advised the best mattress firmness for you.
Would recommend the store & Shirley, excellent experience.
Purchased a quality bed and cannot wait to get it delivered.
