Every one looked after us , even the manager.

We called in by chance looking for a holiday somewhere special for my wife’s birthday, we were greeted by Karen who sat with us and discussed what we wanted, she gave us several ideas.
Karen emailed us a couple of quotes which we looked at, we decided where we wanted to go and we booked an appointment with Karen to finalise what we wanted and booked our holiday for us.
We never felt any pressure, we have never booked with Hays before, we normally always use Tui or Virgin when choosing our holiday but not anymore, we felt so looked after Hays will be our first choice from now on👏👏

Karen was so attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble she is a great asset to Hays Travel 5 star 👏👏👏👏👏

The overall experience was exceptional. Wanting desperately to get away we went into Hays Bluewater on a whim - and came out with a tailor-made escape managed by Gracie. She was attentive to our needs, recommending and discounting options. Her knowledge of 'the product' was impressive and from start to finish she was professional, courteous and an absolute credit to the team.
Thanks also to Louisa for organising our currency - also to Evie, who the following day made some changes to our booking. Once again, both girls were great representives and clearly enjoy their role as Travel Consultants.

I can honestly say I will never book another holiday online - Hays Travel is the way to go for me in the future and Gracie ... I will be back to book that cruise. Thank you all so very much.
