We have booked with the Crewe branch of Hays for several years now and always had excellent service. However, on this last occasion (11/9/26), it came to our attention later that day that we had actually payed an extra £58 each compared to the price quoted on the Jet2 website earlier that day.
We are both for keeping High Street shops open; but, this does seem somewhat excessive for the privilege!

Communication was excellent, from Luci she is the best, we had step by step instruction on our cruise, easy booking exactly what we wanted

Naomi was so friendly and helpful - not pushy at all. Such a lovely experience - made us feel confident going on another cruise with no worries at all. We are in our 70’s and not confident with technology so going into the shop was perfect. Thank you.

The staff are always very helpful and accommodating and, they always try and find exactly what I want by price and destination 😁.

I don't know Crewe very well, and I went to the first travel agent's I saw which was in the retail area, near M & S, where I asked them to look for a flight to VERONA.... They gave me details of a flight to VIENNA... at which point I abruptly left...... and found Hays travel where I was served by Alison (?) who did NOT confuse Verona with Vienna (!) and was superefficient and courteous, helpful and friendly. And the journey was very smooth, even though it was high season. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

The lady who we've had before , as always gave us nice holidays. Nothing is too hard for her to do .
