Although you cite 7/7 as the date a lot of the work was done a couple of days earlier whenanother lady trawled through loads of options for a trip to Umbria. On 7/7 Hannah completed the booking perfectly competently after I had made my mind up!

The lady who sorted out our holiday could not do enough to help us with the dates and the upgrades - contacting airlines for upgrades. We had decided on one date but then changed & brought the holiday forward. This didn't faze her and she altered the dates & booked our holiday. She kept in contact with us throughout.
