Great service yet again, staff are always willing to help get the right holiday for you

Excellent service from all the staff in morcambe branch. Very helpful in ever way possible. I asked lots of questions regarding holidays. And every time the staff all came back with positive answers. I've been booking holidays with hays for sometime now and this is for all the staff in the morcambe branch. You've done me proud on the holidays you all helped me and my partner pick. Each of you I thank you. Not one holiday let us down. All staff are very knowledgeable on all holidays. Excellent customer service. Very polite. And even got a cup of tea. I was in the branch that long one time, finding a holiday that I want. And we did. Thanks to the staff. Nothing is to much trouble for these ladies in the branch.

The travel agent Talia was amazing. Very helpful and nothing was a bother even down to checking reviews on TripAdvisor. She even managed to kepp £2 under our requested budget.We will definitely be booking future holiday through Hays Morecombe.

I made my booking through Hays travel because I knew from previous bookings with them that all would be well. From my initial telephone call requesting information right through to my booking, I had no doubts that my request would be dealt with by very professional, helpful and obliging staff. Becca Baldwin was so helpful. We told her what we wanted, when we wanted to go and our budget and she came back promptly with several options. As inexperienced cruisers, she answered all our questions, reassuring us that if she didn’t know, she would find the answer from someone who did. Nothing was too much trouble.
I certainly won’t go back to struggling booking myself on line ever again. The whole process was so easy and stress free.
