Millets - Fareham Bewertungen 

I went to Millets in search of some new walking boots and I was lucky enough to be greeted by Megan. What Megan doesn’t know about walking boots is not worth knowing!! I’m not someone that enjoys shopping so I like to get it right first time! With Megan’s help I managed to do that. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went and retrieved so many pairs of boots for me and permanently had a smile on her face. To put that into context their store room is upstairs so everytime she went and got me another pair she was up and down a flight of stairs. I was able to ask her questions about the soles, the fit, the prices and Megan had all the answers. My last pair of boots lasted me 4 years from Millets and I am hoping these ones will last 4 years too! Let’s hope Megan is still working there when I need to replace these ones because she is an asset to Millets or maybe she will be a store manager by then because this girl deserves recognition for her excellent customer service skills and superb knowledge! Thanks Megan and Fareham Millets.

Went to millets to look for new waterproof coats for myself and wife, when we first got in there there was a young female member of staff, I asked her if there was another size in a particular coat available and without even looking she told me no and that all stock is out, she didnt seem very forthcoming in helping. We continued to look at other coats when another female member of staff called Lisa appeared, she asked us if we needed any help, we asked if there was another size available on several coats and without hesitation she checed and went out back and got them including the one I had previously asked the other member of staff for. Lisa was very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. If it wasn't for Lisa getting the sizes we needed, we would have left and gone else where and millets would have lost an approximate £220 purchase as we bought 2 coats and pair of trousers and a waterproof wash and spray.

I went in just to look around but saw a nice Peter Storm coat on sale, tried ot on and decided to buy it. Reduced from £70 to £19, absolute Bargain. Lisa was very helpful and I even got a further discount as I have a Defence Discount card. Excellent all round. Thank you Lisa and Millets

Lisa was very helpful, assisting my husband when trying to choose a suitable waterproof coat. Very friendly, and not too pushy.

I made a multi products purchase on line for half zip fleeces, the sizing was very much on small side, so I took them to store for refund or exchange. The on line delivery service was good , simple and quick but the help of the store assistant was above and beyond , she even went to store room , was very helpful with finding correct size and choice of colours for my husband and myself , we ended up with more items and really pleased with the garments. Next time we will definitely go to store as what they don't have they will order , the opportunity to try on and see the goods is the big plus, if we didn't have a local store returns would have been subject to delivery cost.

I visited your Fareham store for a pair of walking boots. Connor was my main server, but his colleagues stepped in when Connor was needed elsewhere. I was hugely impressed with all the staff that looked after me. They were all very knowledgable and extremely patient with me as I tried to find a pair of boots that felt comfortable. I lost count of the amount of pairs I tied on that afternoon and the number of times they would have had to go up and down those stairs to the stockroom. I was politely welcomed when I walked in the store and quickly seen if I needed any help. In summary, I found my experience very positive and nothing was too much trouble for the team and when this was backed up with excellent service and product knowledge, I think the Fareham team should be highly commended for doing a great job.

Came in to store at the end of October to return a coat I'd bought online and peruse what they had. The 2 people working in the shop (assistant and manager, I think,) were excellent. The assistant asked if they could help and definitely did. They listened to what I didn't like about the coat I had and suggested a couple of alternatives. 1 was no good and the other was great but not in the colour I wanted... so they kindly ordered one for me! The coat promptly arrived and it's performing very nicely. All round nice, knowledgeable, decent folks. Top stuff.

I went to the store to find a product. Whilst looking
around LISA the shop supervisor approached me and
asked if she could help.
I told her what I was looking for. With a pleasant smile
and attitude she helped me find what I wanted even helped me to try on various manufacturers products.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, for this I commend Millets for employing Lisa and for her having a rare—(these days) superb attitude. She should be promoted to a role training staff. Mike Bond
