Came into the store today with a broken B&W. Bradley was so helpful. He found out what the issue was, steered me in the right direction to source a replacement part. He could have not been more helpful. Top customer service, highly recommended.

Wanted to part exchange but Richer Sounds were honest about the fact they couldn't offer an attractive figure due to the age. I was offered a further discount on what was the best price around. i finally sold my old unit and when I came to purchase the new Receiver the offer was honoured and the representative on the phone was efficient and delivery was arranged for next day. First class service.

Wonderful support from R/S Watford. Our Youth Club overhead projector had stopped working and we thought it needed replacing. (Originally bought from R/S Watford with excellent service.) Thanks to Bradley we found out the problem was with the electrics and not the projector. Excellent service. The Youth Club is very grateful. We will definitely be back when it does need replacing.

I purchased a TV on 13.8.26 which was delivered safely the following day. As a result of miscommunication re. setting up I spoke to a staff member on the phone who arranged a refund. When the TV was set up by my nephew on 15.8.26 we discovered that the legs were too wide for my TV stand. I phoned for advice on 17.8.26 and the helpful staff member arranged for a central stand to be delivered free of charge with a 5% discount. All my dealings with Richer Sounds were professional and helpful. Thank you.

Popped into the Watford branch, fantastic customer service, polite, helpful and full of knowledge when question about a pair of Sennheiser HD660s2 headphones.
After a brief listen I ordered for next day delivery, unfortunately when they arrived they were obviously not new and had been sold previously and returned. A Richer Sounds mess up (absolutely nothing to do with the Watford branch)
When i rang Watfort they where totally shocked at what had happened, I went back with the headphones the next day, replaced immediately and for my trouble of having to go back they reimbursed me a bit for my troubles, to which I then happily put towards another purchase.
Anish, Heather and I believe Luke were fantastic and the reason I will continue to purchase from the Watford branch.

Easy to order on line - easy to collect next day (first time in decades of shopping with you in Watford I was able to park almost outside! Not that I think that was down to you!) and Anca in the shop was very friendly and helpful. I may not buy so much HiFi or AV gear as I once did (age, sadly...) but always think of Richer Sounds when I do.

I purchased a CD player and radio tuner/receiver from Richer Sounds in Watford 10 years ago. It has given excellent service but needed replacement.
I went again to the store in Watford where I received excellent customer service and help. I was also looking for some appropriate headphones and the assistant gave me help and advice and I made a purchase following her recommendations and am very pleased with what I bought.
The service and advice was top class. Richer Sounds is not just for very serious hi-fi buffs but offers good advice and support for "mere mortals". Thank you!
