We have been renting one of your offices in Barcelona for quite a few months now, and we are literally losing our minds over how hard you make it for people to get into the building.

We pay a fee every month for a flexible workspace because we run a remote team that occasionally uses the office. Right now, though, just getting into the building has become a total operational nightmare for them because of the unfriendly and outdated processes you have put in place.

Every single badge costs a ridiculous amount of money - I won't even mention the price here (also, note it's a piece of plastic). So, instead of buying a separate badge for every single employee who only comes in from time to time, we try to be flexible but are forced to swap badges between team members through a heavy administrative process on their Space platform, and to organize a physical handover of the card from one employee to another (?!?!?!?!?!?). This is SO old-fashioned.

What makes it worse is that, previously, employees could download your app and scan their phones at the entry. It was a huge relief and a great alternative. But the worst part? You just removed this option, simply stating that the latest app update no longer allows people to use their mobile phones for building entry, so we are basically forced to buy a card for each employee.

In 2026, forcing companies to rely on physical plastic instead of digital alternatives feels completely outdated and wasteful. It is the exact opposite of "flexible".

I really hope the leadership team hears this feedback and catches up with the times. I expect a follow-up on this matter.

I haven't been going much lately but when I do I feel at ease.
The place is comfortable and you can work quietly without discomfort.
The location is perfect.
The reception staff are very nice, always very helpful in answering any questions.

Points to improve:

Terrace is very unused and has a lot of potential.
The current kitchen conditions are very poor, another larger space with more fridges and utensils is needed.

Situado en el centro de Barcelona, es el sitio ideal para trabajar. Las instalaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentas con una buena conexión a internet. El personal de recepción es muy atento.

The reception staff is super friendly and helpful, not like the place where we were before. At Wework people were so rude!
I am happy with the building, the staff and the location.
