Found it too stimulating for my kids - had to walk through loads of arcade games with flashing lights and noises before arriving at lanes and this was very distracting for them. Probably more suited to older kids. I would however be interested if you do a more calm session for younger kids at non peak hours etc if this is a possibility.
The toilets were exceptionally clean and fresh.

Not impressed
There's not much to the arcades and some of them were not on. Half the machines supposed to give you tickets, didn't. Bowling broke down while we were playing twice! The guy fixing was very helpful but it took a while

Good use of songs in karaoke room - however sound system is super cheap and air conditioning is absolutely terrible and for having 10 people in one room we had to keep escaping for air as it was so hot with a broken fan that only sat in one position
