Had an excellent visit
We had an excellent visit, we went early in the day so it was still quiet, however even as it got busier it did not feel intrusive or overwhelming. All the staff we talked to were great, friendly and approachable. We had an issue with one of the air hockey tables after our Bowling session and they were very quick to help and resolve.

Pretty good. Just like every tenpin, the pizza was questionable and the bartender did not know how to properly pour a beer, I thought I had ordered a cappuccino at first.

1 x game with 2 adults and 9yr old.
Great well laid out and easy to find. Booked times and food online few days before. Times to play a game and food afterwards (we selected time we wished to when checking in) food served at area away from lanes if preferred. Good selection on menu.Booked 1 game. Felt everyone was playing lanes either side of us. 20 lanes and everyone playing in the middle! would suggest if children,make sure you can access a frame for the whole game rather than sharing with people either side.Could be problematic if busy. Few more lighter balls could also be available (only 1 lighter ball) that we had to share with lane next to us!

Always a good time
We go regularly and the standards are fine 99% of the time, and this time was another great session. Staff dealt with us promptly, our drinks arrived quickly, and we were off & running before we knew it.
The atmosphere has always been good whenever we've been there. Bunches of people all having fun, whether they're bowling, playing pool, or being entertained by the gaming machines etc.
Yes it's busy, but busy in a good way, a way that gives the place a nice vibe, and it's never been so busy as to cause us any issues in that regard.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

Bowling was superb food horrendous
Bowling was superb, staff was great but the food that we bought was overpriced and terrible. Was a big let down.

Lanes are far too close together
Lanes are far too close together. Our lane was constantly taken over by the group next to us and it was our first time booking there. So it was frustrating and ruined the experience

Extremely busy and lack of trained staff and order
Extremely busy with not enough trained staff to assist. One staff member should be recognised for his hard work and effort to get things back on track, resolve issues, etc. queues quickly formed - would suggest a queueing system is marked out on those busier days to avoid people jumping the line. Also keeps aisles and walk ways clear for emergencies.
