The bowling was good in its self
The bowling was good in its self, but there was no bowling balls on the racks so we had to go round to the other parties asking if they had any spare balls we could use, which resulted in not having much of a choice.
The building was warm and stuffy.
Staff were very friendly.

We got kicked out right at the end of our game. Kids were upset as they wanted to go on the arcades machines. this was due to an incident and the police made the decision.

Boiling hot and only airconed area was closed off for some reason.
It was ok, nothing exceptional and the balls were in terrible condition with lots and lots of chunks and bits missing. The place was boiling hot and it was only when we were leaving when we noticed that the first 10 lanes, which were not in use for some reason, was the only area which was air conditioned! Why in earth, during the hottest spell I recorded history, were these much cooler lanes not in use but the Aircon was left on? The other lanes were muggy and not helped by the useless ceiling fans that just moved the hot air around. An uncomfortable experience and I don't see my family and I returning any time soon.

We hadn't been bowling for years.
Not having been bowling for some years we took our 2 grandchildren. We booked on-line which was very easy and the cost very reasonable.. We had a good time although our bowling was a bit erratic as may have been expected! We had a bit of trouble with the mechanism on our lane but the staff moved us to another lane transferring our scores to it. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Yes was good experience, the little barriers weren't set up, but it was soon fixed also stopped altogether at one point, they also fixed with no problem thank you 😊

Great visit with two grandsons

Far too hot no air-conditioning or fans on. Paid for x2 games. Which was a waste of money due to the heat. Should have been told on arrival and refund offered or alternate dates given!!

Staff and service good. Food not too bad. The property a little run down as well as bowling balls but had a good time with my granddaughter.
