The place was very noisy particularly the slot machine area. Very poor signs on the machines so our grandchildren and ourselves could ot find out the cost in tokens of particular machines.

Great customer service, very clean and tidy and felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Booking online was as easy as it could be and there was ample parking available right outside the door. All the staff had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely willing to help.

The experience overall was great however we paid to play for an hour and lost time as we kept having to stop as the ball return system wasn’t working properly

After being served we were given our bowling lane and I informed that we had also booked laser to which I was instructed to ensure we are there on time. When we got to the bowling lane the table was dirty, which I cleaned. We rushed to finish our game so that we went to the laser on time, even stressing about using the toilet. Whilst there we waited and waited, eventually someone came and gave a coupon for free bowling next time because of the wait but with no real explanation of why he was late. The laser started and ended within 20minutes, I asked the worker why the session was so short and was told that the 30minute sessions are 20minutes because 10minutes are incorporated to get the gear on! This was deeply disappointing- our session was booked for 4 and we finished at 4:33 with the worker being around 12-13minutes late..no where in the confirmation or on the site does it read that sessions are 30minutes, I won’t be booking again. Additionally, coffee there is awful do not purchase.

Great experience and have a fun time playing bowling there, the lanes were cleaned as soon as they got free after a game.

The bowling experience was really very nice and all the family members enjoyed a lot. Booking process so easy online, staff is helpful and cooperative.

The refurbishment of the bar/reception with new dining tables and seating made the venue look bigger, more open and cleaner and fresher. The staff member looking after our lanes was friendly and helpful.

Karaoke choice of songs was very, VERY limited, to the point that, we could only locate maximum 1 out of 5 songs in the system....needs a serious update.
Sound quality decent though.

The 2 stars is down to rude behaviour from a gentleman manager on site.
Intentionally argumentative and completely unnecessary, especially as this is supposed to be fun and downtime for paying customers, not a time to have to stand up for oneself due to aggressive actions.

Great place fabulous staff all very helpful when needed.

Easy to book on line. Check in easy and accessed bowling lane straight away. Easy to set up game. Place was clean and staff polite.

Great price for two games, due to bogof. Welcoming staff and clean space. Food was basic, portions small, but enjoyable. Pool area tight but played several games without issue. Good evening had by all.

Staff friendly, helpful & welcoming. Game technology excellent - intuitive to use for a technophobe.
To improve the balls could be cleaner (they felt a bit sticky).

Staff were really friendly and communication was good, easy to book online. Shoes readily available if needed. Food was a bit slow on arrival, but on the whole a good experience.

The lane was ready when we arrived. Plenty of different size bowling balls for our family. No issues.
