Ten pin- Sheffield - great day out!
We booked online as 2x adults and a student. Booking was straight forward. We booked bowls meal deal and added extras and prison putt for afterwards. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who explained everything and asked when we would like our food to arrive ( which was nice rather than being rushed with everything at once. He also gave us 10 mins to find our lane and sort ourselves out before actually activating tge game so we wasnt wasting any of the time. Which I thought was thoughtful too. Food arrived piping hot and someone was always on hand at the bar area.
Having two floors made it so it wasn't over run with kids and not rowdy teenagers either. Its was lovely to go and actually play the activities spend time chit, chatting and not be over run with silly kids. All who were in were sensible and enjoying their time too. Will definitely be back.

Great place to go bowling but no XL finger holes
Great place to go bowling haven’t done any other activities there though. On the bowling side there were no bowling balls with X - large finger holes upstairs, had this problem on a visit before but when I asked a member of staff before got the response of I don’t know mate, so didn’t bother this time. So people with larger hands/fingers just have to struggle which distracts from the experience in my opinion, wouldn’t stop me going back though as it was more for my child’s benefit.

On the booking it said there would be…
On the booking it said there would be games there was no games. The two ladies doing the balloons were lovely. The girl who was keeping an eye on our party didnt really give excited or enthusiastic, seem she didnt want to talk to us. I had to tell the kids the kids to go and sit down before our help did, I asked her for mayonnaise but she tried to charge me and someone else brought a couple of pots over. The other party got ice creams we didnt. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Nothing friendly or welcoming

I would have rated this 3 and half stars. I booked Tenpin for my child’s 10th Birthday, and as he & his invited friend’s are SEN children I made sure that the staff were very aware of this. The kids had a great time, however, when it came to eating time & cake time the staff were very slow. The food should’ve been served at 11.30 but didn’t come out till 12, and the cake was late coming out too. And as the children are special needs some of them started to get dysregulated. So maybe for future reference, more staff on busy days. Again the kids had a lovely time. Thank you ☺️

Efficient staff
Efficient staff, my daughter was very well looked after for her 12th birthday with her friends and the karaoke room was brilliant. Great value for money and my daughter loved it.

We arrived a bit earlier than said we went straight to our lane played our game and was out before our original slotted time, definitely recommend we will be going again

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, staff were friendly and very approachable. The whole venue is easy to navigate around clean and tidy. The only gripe I have is that the QR code for the golf scoring didn't work so the staff member told me to download it from the app store but the only version I could access was from Maidenhead so had a slightly different course than the one I was playing on the sheffield venue and the last bonus hole was not working so we couldn't play it. Other than that it was a great afternoon out, we played mini golf and then went onto 10 pin bowling
