The bowling alley is great & the food was nice, the booking process to book two juniors with the junior burger and two adults with adult burgers resulted in 2 lanes being booked rather than all of us together.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Experience
On arrival, the guy at Customer Service Desk, efficiently booked us in. He also served us at the bar later - very pleasant and polite guy. The building was clean and tidy throughout. There was a very helpful lady on CSD who added my previous points (which were on paper) to my card, she was 10 out of 10, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Visited Swindon site with young grandchildren who loved the overall energy and were thoroughly entertained. But I was struck by the experience, through many visits to the male loos with the children, that no-one I saw there washed their hands afterwards. Perhaps some signs put up by the management reminding the lads that they should wash their hands would dispel the image of all those contaminated fingers entering the holes of bowling balls would be a good idea.

Great time had by all
Great time had by all. We took our grandsons for bowling which was excellent. We had a drink in the bar and then onto the arcade. The use of the loaded card was much easier plus you could load any tickets won onto it. All staff were most helpful and by booking online the process was very smooth to get to our lane.

Great entertainment for everyone
We bought a package which included 2 bowling games & lunch. The booking process was easy. When we arrived the staff were very helpful. We had a great time bowling & were happy that we could set up the alley to suit the bowler - our ages ranged from 7 to 72.
Unfortunately when lunch arrived there was no cheese in the cheese burgers so we sent them back & it was quickly sorted out. The meals were very basic & cheap quality which was disappointing.

Me and my son came here in the summer holidays, arrived a little early but was given a lane straight away. We booked the 2 games and meal deal package, food was lovely and hot, we came on the hottest day of the year 37 degrees outside but was lovely and air conditioned inside. Facilities clean.
