We arrived early to be able to enjoy some time on the pool tables and have some food before out time slot for bowling.
When we went to order the food we asked for pizza, they had none left, asked for chicken wings, none left, asked for nachos none left..... Only thing they had was burger and chips. (And they didn't have enough for a family of 5)
We had to change our bowling slot to a later time (1.5hrs) so we could leave to get something to eat and come back. No apologie given.

We visited the Warrington Tenpin on 27 August for bowling and Escape Room. On that particular day, it wasn’t that hot outside, however, It was far too hot in both the bowling alley and the escape rooms. It really spoiled the Escape Room activity in particular as we couldn’t focus on the activity due to the temperature. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to it and it would have been a good experience had it not been so hot.

The bowling was good. The service at the lanes and in the cafeteria area was abysmal.
The food when it came after 50 minutes was hardly fit to eat!

We managed to bowl without wait too long this time , but was gutted we didn't manage to get anything to eat while there this time,due to being out of food stock, according to staff due to a very busy weekend

More staff needed during busy periods, long queues, nobody attended to fix issue with lane and it was broken the whole game

Great place to go with the family. Lots of things to do. We had a great time. The only complaint I have is that it was dirty. Tables around the bowling area were full with previous peoples drinks and food and not cleared, leaving it all sticky. Toilets were also dirty.

I can’t believe there is no hand sanitizer stations in the bowling areas. The holes in those balls are an absolute quagmire of disease. I had to watch our party like a hawk to make sure nobody touched their face, eyes or mouths. I wouldn’t allow them to buy food because of this.
I admit that this is probably my only reason for not giving 5 stars but it’s a massive concern to me. Next time we visit I will make sure we bring our own sanitizer.

Great bowling experience made better by very helpful staff.

The bowling was great. The food not so great fries were hard and barely luke warm. The Southern fried chicken burger was just edible. Very bland and dry and the bun it came in was the same. Not worth the price charged. The sachet of sauce wasnt much use either

Wait for food 45 minutes we had finished are game before we had it

The place looks nice for the upgrades, and we liked the touchscreen system in the bowling lanes for it's ease of use, the kids liled having their photo attached to their score.

Unfortunately there was a fault with the lane part way through our second game. I pressed the assistance button and after waiting 10 minutes noone had been so I went to the service desk at the bar. The person there told me they would send someone to fix the issue so I went back and waited another 10 minutes, however noone came. I went back to the bar and asked again, the person said they would reset the lane and send someone to check the issue. I also mentioned at this time that we would now be late for the pre-ordered pizza which we had arranged to have after bowling at 12pm. I went back to the lane and waited for the lane to be fixed again. After another 15 minutes, at 12.10, a member of staff brought our pizzas over, I informed him the lane still wasn't working, he then moved us to another lane to finish our game.

When the kids got to eating their pizza we were disappointed to find that they were both burnt, the kids ended up leaving most of it, and I can't blame them as I tried it myself and it was not nice.

I think waiting 45 minutes for an issue with the lane was unacceptable, especially as in that time not one staff actually came to look at the lane to assess the problem. The food wasn't edible, but at this point I'd given up on expecting any resolution from the staff so we left.

Happy day with my family

We had a fantastic day at Tenpin Warrington with one adult and two children. The bowling was great fun, the atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained in the arcade. Everything was well organised, and we felt it offered excellent value for money especially as it was less than half the price of Didsbuy. A really enjoyable day out that we would happily recommend and visit again!

We spent a great time there. Food and drinks was good.
