We visited the discount store in Robroyston on Sunday to be served by a wonderful salesperson Debbie, she was kinda and friendly and answered the questions we had. We collected the furniture on Monday and didn’t receive the same friendly service. I asked a help moving the furniture from the shop outside and while the girl ( not the same lady from the day before) brought out the trolley there was no attempt to assist us etc. it felt like they had out money and it was up to us to see to ourselves. Saying that I am very happy with my purchase as I’ve been with everything I’ve bought from Designer Rooms

Staff are very helpful and friendly

I recently visited the Designer rooms in the Livingston store while the sale was on. The showroom is lovely and has plenty of furnishings to choose from at a great reduced price. I bought a new rug, a table lamp and a reed defuser which I am delighted with. All were sold in the sale which was great. Staff are so nice and helpful and answer all questions you might have. Would definately recommend.

Staff on hand to assist if needed with good knowledge of products but never at any time was there pressure to buy definitely recommend

Customer service from Michelle was exemplary. Very knowledgeable and nothing was a bother to her. Excellent representative for the company.

Terrible experience. Tables glass exploded on us and cut us with the shooting glass that came from it and designer rooms are taking no accountability for the product fault.

Would never shop with them again guys. Stick to next etc that actually look after the customers. Aftercare is appalling.

I have been in a few times looking for a product to come back in. Saira very kindly looked for stock and called a store. When it was unavailable she came up with a temporary solution.

Very knowledgeable sales assistant Caitlin, who was super efficient and very helpful answering my questions with proficiency. Will definitely be visiting the store again for soft furnishings.
