I had to wait over a week for my medication not good at all

You are told not order early then it takes a week to get your order together.
You don't get a txt until every item is ready instead of each item you need
Now the delivery system is overwhelmed and after waiting for the above time I get a message to say my meds are being posted and will be another 4 days.!!
As a terminally ill person under pallitive care this is more than disgusting.

Excellent! Consultation was great, ordering simple and meds arrived in super quick time.

I ordered the item. Paid extra for 24 hour delivery. Then received an email informing me the the order would be dispatched in two days. I rang to cancel the order as this was unacceptable. They promised do cancel it and refund me. That didn’t happen. 4 days later the item was delivered… I’ve had to return the item and am still awaiting my refund. They mean well but this is just shabby.

When I made my order online it said I would receive an email confirmation. I never received it. I ended up contacting customer services to make sure they had got it. They were very helpful but I should have received an email confirmation and updates for when it would be delivered.

What can I say about Well Pharmacy? Fine to begin with and then the demons set in. It became very chaotic.
I placed my order and got a confirmation email of that order. I was told 2 items were sent out and received only one. Then I received 2 items, one of which was a duplicate of the first one. Then I received a box with almost all of the medication. I then received an email saying they had not heard from my GP and had sent them a reminder. I had already received my medication by then, albeit one item still outstanding.
This is not the first time I have had to chase them and I have come to the conclusion that it will be my last, in future I will be trying another way to get my medication.
I sent them emails, received a generic response saying someone from the team will be in touch. I have never received a response from them and I am thoroughly fed up keep sending emails and chasing them up. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere from now on.
I am sorry Well Pharmacy, but I do not see how I can recommend your services. if you cannot get one person's medication correct, it makes me wonder how many others you are not servicing properly.
Whilst writing this review, I had to check my emails for a code and I have received a further email from Well saying that 4 items are expected and should be received in 2 to 4 days, and it doesn't contain the one item I am waiting for.
I did start with 3 stars, but have since reduced it to one star, it just goes from bad to worse.
