Steve (S Jeffs) was very professional and great at communicating. Would absolutely recommend.

Very good experience in the showroom but it went downhill from there. The majority of my items were damaged inside the boxes despite the box being undamaged. Went to the showroom on the friday to get it rectified as soon as I realised. I was informed there’s not much the showroom can do apart from contact HQ who were closed over the weekend and at 1730 which is ridiculous for those who work office hours. I was then told they could not get me the replacement parts until over a week later despite I had arranged for fitting to be done the following Saturday. They would not even send me the pre built units for the inconvenience caused and hardly an apology. They gave me some compensation which they said was towards fitting costs but then refused to give any money off the actual product. On the phone the gentleman kept sighing when I explained the issues and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.

Their quality control is clearly poor for over half my carcasses to be damaged and have residue on them. Waiting nearly 2 weeks for a replacement is far from ideal when they advertise themselves as high quality and #1 in the UK.

I would advice avoiding Wren for kitchens after this experience.

The attention to detail and efficiency.
I’ve had a surveyor out a few times due to amendments being made as the place was being plastered. Each time it has been a pleasant and straightforward experience. R Barkley was my surveyor.

We had a problem with how the sink, that we initially agreed to looked in reality, once the kitchen was fitted. We wanted to replace it but the sink we preferred at Wren was not in stock. We bought another sink elsewhere and Wren’s kind customer service gentleman organised a refund for the returned sink.

Wren are always very helpful. Their staff are friendly and professional. I have used Wren previously to fit a kitchen in our main home and I am using Wren again to fit a kitchen and bedroom furniture in an annexe.
