We had a problem with how the sink, that we initially agreed to looked in reality, once the kitchen was fitted. We wanted to replace it but the sink we preferred at Wren was not in stock. We bought another sink elsewhere and Wren’s kind customer service gentleman organised a refund for the returned sink.

Friendly and professional service and great communication. Great experience overall.

Wren are always very helpful. Their staff are friendly and professional. I have used Wren previously to fit a kitchen in our main home and I am using Wren again to fit a kitchen and bedroom furniture in an annexe.

Michael the surveyor from wren works into my property at the exact time of the appointment went straight into my kitchen brought out his work station and he did a fantastic job with the kitchen and bathroom measurements on time within the specified time frame. He surely knows what he is doing and I will surely recommend him and his company to anyone who needs their services. The customer service post sale has been excellent. We had 2.7 tonnes of kitchen delivered and the delivery team were great. Only one panel was damaged and when I used the app/ customer service they remedied this immediately and I had a replacement part within days. There was a mix up with the tap delivered and Joseph from customer service was excellent in helping assist. He called regularly to give me updates always ensuring we were kept up to date with delivery info and ensured we had everything just right. Our rep Jem within the Solihull store was also very helpful. We came in with a design and he made great suggestions on how to cost save, ideas we hadn't thought of but were excellent suggestions we implemented. All in all I am delighted with the service from wren and I'm sure I will be happy with my kitchen going forward. I am so excited to use it!

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely disappointing customer service

My experience with Wren has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

After purchasing my kitchen, the fridge freezer delivery failed because the appliance supplied could not be delivered as planned. Instead of Wren taking ownership of the issue and arranging a replacement directly, I was repeatedly told to contact the third-party supplier they work with. As the retailer, I expected Wren to manage the problem rather than passing me between different companies.

It then took almost a month of repeated phone calls, emails and discussions through the third-party customer service before any progress was made. Even then, it involved constant back and forth that should never have been necessary.

To make matters worse, my original designer at the Bromley branch went on leave while the issue was still unresolved. I was referred to another colleague who also turned out to be on leave, leaving nobody taking responsibility for my case. As a result, there was no continuity, no ownership and no meaningful progress.

More than two months after purchasing my kitchen, I was still chasing responses. Emails regularly went unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and delivery arrangements were poorly coordinated, causing further unnecessary delays.

The quality of customer service has been extremely poor. Once the sale was completed, it felt as though customer care was no longer a priority. Instead of resolving problems efficiently, I was left to chase updates, coordinate between different parties and repeatedly follow up on issues that should have been handled by Wren.

I cannot recommend Wren based on my experience. The kitchen purchase has been overshadowed by poor communication, lack of accountability and an unacceptable level of after-sales support.

Malcolm McCarthy came to take the measurements for our new rooms , and his service was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough, making sure every measurement was accurate.
