Dave was brilliant. Nice and pleasant. I had a few questions and Dave answered all of them.

Initially I was over the moon with my kitchen design and all the choices I made until it came and my worktops were completely wrong along with other problems which we had to sort ourselves.
Absolutely gutted. A kitchen isn’t something you buy often, I had saved for 4 years and been without a kitchen for 4months whilst renovating.
The last thing I wanted was problems and Incorrect items!
Extremely stressful and time consuming experience with customer services they refused to offer any support. They just decide to twist everything and blame you instead of offering a solution or an apology.
Apparently I should know the name of every worktop they have in store not the designer and the staff member I trusted when I made my choices very clear.
I have never had to raise a complaint before against any company and I will hopefully never have to do it again. The way in which I have been treated and made to feel is unlawful and disgusting.
I will never order from Wren again.
Be extremely careful if you do.

We had our kitchen designed by Wayne in Swansea. Our builder installed it. The design works really well. The worksurface was templated by Michael, he gave us really sound advice and took a lot of care to get it just right. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

We bought our kitchen a while back and all the panels started delaminating. They replaced the panels and refused to to pay for someone to do the work as they did not do the original installation. Now more panels are delaminating. I would

Second review as I’m still waiting for my kitchen to be finished, as the “field installation manager” is incompetent & a liar. I’ve asked for his manager but getting told to go through the complaints process, I’ve already done that & got stuck with him being told “FIM are the highest point of contact” and a kitchen which isn’t finished a damaged ceiling and flooring with no end in sight as their fitters are below par. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please don’t ever use Wren for anything! If when you reply with the standard “your customer is important to us” standard reply, if you can give me the FIM’s boss email that would be the 1st helpful thing this company has done.

Gavin was warm and friendly. He was polite throughout and kept us informed on what he was doing.

I can’t fault the quartz installation process. The installers were polite, professional and efficient, and took great care throughout the work. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and the finished result looks fantastic. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the installation and would happily recommend the team (A Johnson).

Mr Atkinson was punctual, polite and very professional.

The delivery drivers arrived well within the time frame they had given me.both driver and mate were very polite and friendly they worked well and with care whist carrying in the units leaving no mess very professional

Had to contact customer service twice regarding my order and both times minor issues were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction.
