Fantastic delivery from Robyn and Neil. Great service from walking into the showroom to final delivery. Very smooth process throughout.. Looking forward to enjoy our new kitchen.

Jordan Taylor was excellent. He arrived on time and was very professional.

Scott Gibson and delivery team did a great job with the delivery. Pre communication was good, arrived on time, took time to survey where items could be stored . They were efficient, polite and explained things very well . Goods were handled well and stored safely.

Starting the process was lovely, great staff with helping design etc.
we were told if we paid the deposit we would secure the deals in place at the time . We did this as we knew we had some work to complete in the house before the kitchen came. We went back in to change a few things and after going through the itemised bill some offers had been taken off . This was rectified .
Then we finalised the kitchen to be told because the wrong quartz work top was selected earlier ( please note this was the wrong colour selected by designer ) we were not able to have the discount on the quartz as it had went off . This was disappointing we chose the same one just a different colour.
Then delivery came . The panels for the top which we had designed were the total wrong things and are kitchen fitter had to explain this to us . There were not enough of the trim sent to complete the design, we have had to reorder a lot of the doors due to damage ! Oh and the kitchen was measured incorrectly meaning the supporting section does not fit but the work top need it so we now have a gap as we have had to extend . The kitchen was measured twice and wrong both times . Then we were sent two tall fridges instead a fridges and a freezer ! I should have double checked the last paperwork but after everything we sat and went through I didn’t think this would be an issue. I am now waiting on a fridge to be collected and a freezer to be delivered ( no date for this delivery)
I’m hoping the additional parts come tomorrow however this has been a nightmare . My kitchen fitter has had to come back a few times while we wait for parts. We have an incomplete kitchen , no freezer and a family of 5 . Hopefully when it is eventually finished it will be worth it!

The main complaints is about the fact they never attempted to address my complaint! I made a formal complaint, providing accurate and detailed explanations of the aspects of their work that was below par, supplemented by photographic evidence. This was about 3 months or so ago and they have not once attempted to address any of it. The 2 star is because the base work was okay but I will never use Wren again!

We had an excellent experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish. Our kitchen consultant, Gary, was knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the design process. He took the time to talk us through the different options available, listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve, and used his experience to make practical suggestions that really improved our final design.

We’re extremely pleased with how the kitchen has turned out. The quality of the units and overall finish are excellent, and the design turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Gary’s knowledge and expertise gave us confidence throughout the process, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Wren Kitchens to others.

We had Chris Tulip redoing our measurements.very helpful and gave us lots of ideas to finally get final design done

Really happy with Andy (A Moss) and his visit today. Really helpful and professional. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to seeing what the design team come up with for our bedroom and media wall.

Today we had a member of the Wren kitchen team visit our home O Firouzia who communicated with myself from beginning to end he was very polite and answered any questions I had he made sure I was aware of the procedures that will happen after his visit.

Bobby West came to survey our property yesterday. It was an excellent experience. Bobby was friendly, patient and open to discussion / suggestions. Booby explained his assessment and measurements. Really was so helpful.

Chris has been amazing from helping me design my sons wardrobes as was Kieran who came out to take measurements and ensure fitting would work.

Both great guys. I would definitely recommend
