The transport team, Kyle and Dan Mackerness were exceptional. They contacted me when they were nearby and arrived on time. Dan wasn’t phased at all by the prospect of carrying a good deal of heavy boxes up 3 flights of stairs. Both men were cheerful, friendly and polite. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Rhys was simply excellent, perfectionist.

We are also living a nightmare with this kitchen. The fitter didn’t want to be with us took as quick as he could damage a lot of the parts wash washing machine and fit the space. It’s supposed to go in the taps were damaged. We complained they said they sent somebody out it’s been 56 weeks now and still nothing. I’m fed up this place. We had an email saying about our dishwasher but we haven’t got one. He didn’t ask for never seen, but I want to come and view it the fridge freezer like it said old haunted house we got screws sticking out a cupboard. They’re not supposed to be a screw is missing for they are supposed to be still no help

Bailey handled my call today. She was knowledgeable and helpful and soon arranged for the necessary replacement parts to be sent to me. Excellent customer service, thank you.

We are stuck in a kitchen nightmare with Wren. They started our installation 5 weeks ago and after noticing the bad workmanship of the fitter with uneven decor panels, cupboards being fitted before the floor was levelled and the kitchen fitter bringing in an electrician who another qualified electrician said has done shocking work, we are now left with a shell of a kitchen with no cooking facilities or sink to use and the installation manager telling us there may be a wait as kitchen fitters are busy this time of the year. Everybody that Wren has sent in has caused another issue with our kitchen.

Wren quoted, supplied and arranged fitment of our kitchen. The agent that visited us (Hakeem from the Derby store)was friendly and polite and was able to give us a visual quote really quickly. He was also very accommodating when we made several subsequent visits to the showroom to tweak our order.
The delivery arrived as in time promised and I cannot speak highly enough of the fitting team (Stafford Kitchens). We had around 10 separate specialist fitters, plasterers, decorators and chippies who entirely stripped
the kitchen and rebuilt it from scratch with new floor, ceiling and walls on top of the actual kitchen rebuild. Every one of the workmen was polite, tidy, diligent and professional throughout their time with us. Special mentions go to Brendon (Staffs Kitchens owner) and Rebecca the hardworking office administrator who were always happy to take my calls and quickly sort out any minor issues I had. I must also thank Rob who did the bulk of the actual build in his own and did an amazing job.
Overall we were very pleased customers with the whole process from start to finish.

My Wren surveyor, Darren Atkinson arrived on time today. He was pleasent and polite, and explained what he needed to do and got on with it. Nice guy

I rang the wren helpline as i need a change to my order,that i couldnt order on the App.
I wait time was 40 min as they was busy,but it gave you the option to get a call back.
I did this
And the friendly Natasha rang me back.
I tried to explain my problem and she she listened,it wasnt easy to explain i said "i wish i could send you pictures you would see the problem straight away"
Natasha said it was no problem,she could send me a link for a video call.
It was so fast and easy to do.
What a great help to the service that was,plus Natasha being very helpfull polite and understanding.
I felt listened too and was very pleased she sorted my problem and explained the next steps.
Please Thank her again for me.

We made it clear at the design stage that we wanted to use an existing appliance that was in good condition. The kitchen provided meant that this was not possible. This should have been picked up at the design or site survey stage. Wren have washed their hands of the matter.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Amanda from Wren Customer Care. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and really put my mind at ease regarding getting the replacement parts sorted.
Amanda was so helpful, reassuring and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. It was a pleasure dealing with her, especially at a time when I was feeling a little concerned about the situation.
I honestly can’t thank her enough for all her help and reassurance. Amanda is a real credit to Wren

Polite, punctual, informative, and called us before his arrival to confirm a time.

Yet again, another disappointment. After waiting in all afternoon and receiving two texts confirming my delivery would arrive today, I then received a call at 17:45 from the driver saying he had run out of driving hours and would not be delivering. This is just the latest issue in what has become a consistently poor experience.
Problems so far include:
- Freezer and island worktop damaged on delivery.
- Corner unit manufactured incorrectly.
- Decorative ends on the island don’t fit
- Wren does not supply edging strips in the design required.
- Replacement corner unit not delivered on the due date — arrived two days late.
- Replacement top rail due today and not delivered.

While customer service staff are polite and professional when I call, the fact remains that the job has not been done right the first time, repeatedly. At this point, I would hesitate to recommend Wren to anyone.

Very good updates around delivery dates and times. Delivery team very friendly taking excellent care of both our new kitchen and our home during delivery to prevent any damage.

I found the the technician not friendly during this measuring appointment, when I asked him a question he was rather obnoxious and made me feel like I was asking an irrelevant question, further questions raised by him were rude and not professional and I couldn't wait for him to leave.
He only changed his attitude at the end of the visit when he gave me his card and said it would be helpful for a good review!
