No Real Testing, No Feedback – Just Wait 14 Days and Apply
I paid for 14 days of app testing, but my own backend monitoring shows zero test sessions during the entire period. There was only one brief login on October 18, with no actual testing activity recorded.
No test results, screenshots, or feedback were provided. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns, the company kept claiming that testers were active.
Now that 14 days have passed, they simply tell me to apply for Google Play production access without providing any evidence of testing.
I paid for actual testing, not just waiting 14 days. Very disappointing service. I have requested a full refund. Not sure they will give my money back.

Our service is built to meet Google Play's closed testing requirement: 12 testers installing and using the app daily for the full testing period. That was delivered for your app as described. Detailed testing reports, screenshots and written feedback are not part of the Starter plan, and we are not a QA testing service. Our pricing page lists what each plan includes.
If your backend recorded little activity, we recommend checking that the app connects to your server correctly, as this is separate from the Google Play testing requirement.
If Google Play rejects your application, please send us Google's message and a screen recording of your Play Console setup, and we will review your case carefully.
