They jack the price up on their products. You can often find the same product for alot less elsewhere. For example, the tout this Morracan olive oil and it's $32. But you can find the same one for half that amount. And currently PSK Prk Nam Pao is 19.95 on their website but online I found it for 14. So always see if you can find the product elsewhere for less.

It was the 5 month wait for delivery of my purchase that prevents me from giving a 5 star qualification.

It took 4 months to receive my pan. After getting it, I realized it’s not non-stick. You have to treat it and continue to treat it for life. It was surely not worth waiting for. I hate the pan.

I was very disappointed in the lack of communication on my order. I ordered the Hammered Skillet in October or November. I was told it was back-ordered until January. That month came and went, then February, and it finally arrived at the end of March. No warning, just shipped. It would have been nice to get updates on the delivery and to be asked if I still wanted it. Very hard to find orders on the website as well.
I love the product and everything I have received so far, but I would have liked an email every once in awhile to know when to expect it. Especially since you were still heavily advertising the product on Instagram.

This a great pan. Once I seasoned the pan it worked as a non stick pan. I gave it 4 stars because it took 4 months to get it after ordering.

This company is a scam. They said a subscription was $1. They charged us $69.95 and when I called they said they would refund my PayPal account, which they did not. I called AGAIN and was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the refund to go through. Their recipes aren't great, they are constantly trying to sell products to you, avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered the knife as a gift, and it sounded good enough that later I decided I wanted one for myself. Due diligence required I check out Amazon and they had it for almost $30 less and delivered it the next day. Milk Street still haven't delivered theirs 8 days later.
UPDATE:
Because the birthday arrived before the knife, I gifted the Amazon-delivered knife. When the Milk Street one arrived, I eagerly tried it out cutting a few veggies and found that I didn't like the excessively rounded tip and overall curvature, plus the handle felt large in my hand and the blade didn't fit in my knife block. To make matters worse, I asked to return it (paying the postage myself), but they said I used it so it wasn't returnable.

Milk Street is typically very good. However, beware of items that say "pre-order" with Milk Street. They put this item on the site in November 2025 and stated it would ship in 2025. First of January 2026 the site changed to "shipping in January". Of course, in February, it changed again. End of March, item shipped. Never got any email updates from Milk Street. Nothing.

I ordered the Hammered Skillet in November 2025. Delivery was supposed to be sometime in January 2026. It was delivered 3/31/26. No updates or information on delays was provided. Mind you, this is a $98.00 skillet. I carefully followed the seasoning instructions for this very expensive, supposedly non stick pan. Nobody told the scrambled eggs, they stuck firmly to the pan. It's a pretty pan and also pretty disappointing. Thought I could trust Milk Street. I won't make that mistake again.

This took forever to arrive. When I wrote to inquire of it I got a snarky response. And the pan is garbage. As are the clippers I ordered. Buyer beware.

The product is great, however it took a long time to arrive.

Was given a link to the kitchen shears by a family member as a desired Christmas gift. I purchased the shears and was not at any point made aware that they were on “pre-order”. Followed up in January asking where the order was, and was informed that they would ship “late February.” Received a shipment label notification on Feb 25. Order never actually shipped. Had to contact support again to get an actual shipment together. Family member received their Christmas gift March 27, three whole months late.

They introduce food products from
a variety of countries not easily found in small town America. They are expensive & shipping can be costly, too; but I do enjoy & find useful most of the things I’ve purchased.

I purchased a Moha Ginger Grater from Milk Street. It was made of very cheap plastic and it broke after using it for a short time. This product was so cheaply made, I would be embarrassed to produce such an item. Milk Street uses plastic as a main ingredient in many of their products, so they are not durable. Also, I think that they are over priced due to this fact.

I ordered the skillet early in November. It was supposed to be shipped in early January. It’s mid March now and I haven’t heard a word about it. The worst thing is that it was planned as a birthday present for a friend.

Ordered in December, it's March 2nd and I've never received a product. I had to reach out and ask them about delivery twice, and each time was told the order was pushed back. I'm not convinced this isn't entirely a scam website. I strongly urge you: don't give them your business, go elsewhere. You'll only waste your own time and money, and they won't even offer a refund or communicate with you.
