Pass the buck customer service
Delivered to the wrong address then blamed the courier even though I had been very clear that I wanted it delivered to a shop due to previous issues with items being taken. Shared my personal details with the courier company. Was told it would be resolved in 3-5 days, then after that time it suddenly inflated to 28 days. Really let down. Even worse now they have said that as I had "leave in a safe place' directions on my home address that counts even though it should never have been delivered there as I was away for a long weekend

Ordered Filling Pieces shoe/trainers…
Ordered Filling Pieces shoe/trainers delivered thin bag , box falling to bits as clearly water damaged and shoes have water staining, only a chatbot to deal with and then the virtual agent cut me of after 3 secs as I tried to take and upload pictures as requested.
Terrible shopping experience and now I need to send back at my expense faulty goods.
I hope they refund my delivery and return shipping costs as they sent clearly damaged goods.
Avoid if you can the mass Sports Direct warehouse and all of these ‘Brands’ cannot deliver a quality service at the premium price being charged for both goods and delivery services.
Customer Service is non existent unless chat bots are the employees

Dirt under the soles on brand-new shoes (after a long and painful process, I got my money back)
Honestly, I am very surprised by what happened here, as it never occurred to me.
The overall shopping experience isn't great with no communications or order confirmation from them after the payment, a bit weird but ok.
What's hard to believe, given the reputation of 18Montrose as a well-known retail shop, is that the shoes I purchased—advertised as new—arrived with visible dirt under the sole and on the side, and even had a missing label. This situation is simply unacceptable and feels incredibly unfair to me.
I'd like to note that the box in which the shoes were delivered was incorrect. Nike ACG shoes, including the specific model I bought, are typically packaged in a brown-ish box, not the bright orange Nike box I received.
As a customer, I generally do not write reviews unless it becomes necessary to warn others. I have already reached out to customer support to address this issue, and I hope for a swift resolution. At this point, I would advise caution when considering purchasing from their online store."
Edit: After being in contact with them, they collected the shoes. Today I received back the same shoes with a letter saying they won't accept them as a return. I am speachless
Edit: Finally I managed to have the shoes collected and my money back. I still would not recommend this experience

Avoid!!!!!
I ordered some trainers last week & the were supposed to be delivered to my allocated store on 15/06/23, I received a text message from DPD saying it was delivered. When i went to the store they did not have my parcel so I contacted 18montrose who opened a dispute with DPD and told me they would contact me within 48 hours.
They did not contact me so again today (19/06/23) I chatted with their customer services team who told me the parcel had been delivered to my allocated store and so the dispute had been closed by DPD.
Again I went to the store who informed me that they have an exclusive contract with Evri and so don't even take delivery of DPD parcels.
Something seems pretty fishy here, I contacted 18montrose who basically told me there is nothing they can do, when webchatting to them they just copied and pasted the same thing over and over again rather than actually give me any help whatsoever. They basically said there's nothing they can do despite this quite clearly looking very suspicious.
My only recourse is to open a dispute through paypal, I can honestly say i've never experience this lack of customer service before. I know that sometimes sellers can't solve the problem but to just copy and paste the same text over and over and not even bother to try and help me in any way is pretty poor.
I know before placing the order I had some doubts as the site looks less than professional and I had heard some people say to avoid it. Now I know I would never use it again, it seems very dodgy and to just tell a customer that there's nothing they can do when I haven't received my item and clearly something fishy is going on isn't very good to say the least.
The prices might be cheaper but in my case I've actually paid money for nothing so just pay that little bit extra and go to a reputable seller.
EDIT: Still haven’t sorted out the issue and just been completely unhelpful, no such thing as customer service with these guys.

Bought two pair of sneakers

Bought two pair of sneakers. Fast shipping from UK to JP and stuff was legit but they didn’t even double box the shoeboxes just packed it in a thin plastic bag, they didn’t even wrap the shoe boxes with airbag as a result, one of the shoe boxes was damaged, which of course did not affect the sneakers themselves, but I bought the sneakers with a set that also includes a shoe box (by the way, the cost of the sneakers was more than 300GBP). I contacted support but was denied a partial refund as they "are not responsible for the condition of the shipment in transit" however they could have been generous with double packaging. For sure not good as first experience with 18montrose.

Perfect transaction. Order placed on Wednesday for converse reduced to an amazing £23. Basic delivery selected and the order arrived the next day. Cannot fault this company.

Fantastic price on trainers I ordered recently. They were dispatched and recieved super quickly. Unfortunately they were the wrong size (I bought mens instead of ladies). I had to return them, customer service was impeccable and refund received swiftly.
Disgraceful company!
Disgraceful company!! Ordered a pair of trainers which were never delivered. Tried to chase up and you just receive computerised replies and cannot speak to a human. Complete waste of money and no options for recourse. Sickening. Do not buy from this company!!
Nearly 5 stars, here's why
Writing this review as I was so put off from all the negatives. 4 stars because I ordered shoes and they came in 2 days with no issues at all, very good price as well. Only reason that it's not five is no confirmation email which shows a lot of unprofessionalism and the fact that I tried to contact on Instagram with no reply. Don't let the reviews put you off these guys!!

If I could give 0 star I would. Entered a raffle for pair of trainers. No acknowledgment email or reference number. I got misleading email stating that my order has been delayed and will be shipped tomorrow. At the bottom email there was a free shipping code (which I will never use).
Come to find out, I was not selected (you win some and lose some) and will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
Yesterday was fifth working day, since the raffle ended and I’m still waiting for my refund.
Companies that are in financial distress, hold on to customers funds/money.
Sort it out 18montrose! This is very poor.

Terrible experience

I’ve entered a lot of raffles over the years for trainers, some you win some you don’t but 18 Montrose really shouldn’t hold raffles! NO email to say I’ve entered, No email to say I’ve won or lost! Received a generic email about order delayed leading you in to false hope then nothing. Finally received a email for customer service to say the orders been cancelled! I’ve read your T’s and C’s but what’s the point if you can’t follow them yourself!! Still haven’t released my pending payment. A proper tin pot organisation!!!
At least I have a code for free delivery that I’ll never use!!

Ordered a pair in plastic bag and severely damage!
Tried to reach out to customer service but was informed that they don`t fu** care about the box and won`t cover the return cost.
Its store liability to ensure that package will arrive in great condition . If box isn`t necessary brands shouldn`t make it in the first place.
Very poor customer service. Don`t buy from this store it might happen to you and won`t do something about it.

Order sent in plastic bag, box destroyed and shoes damaged
Paid £170 for a pair of limited edition trainer including £7 delivery charge. They sent the shoes in a plastic bag so the box got destroyed during delivery and the shoes have big black marks on from the inside of the plastic bag. Spoke to Customer Services online who said they don't consider the box part of the item and wouldn't except any responsibility. When I said I'll just return them, they said if the item was not received in saleable condition I won't get a refund.

So Good
Great service the kicks i ordered came clean as f* and this was the only store i could find them in, otherwise i had to ship from the US. For international delivery i waited about 7 days to ship to Bulgaria, but i dont regret, the lowest prices and always quality items. Thank you 18montrose!
