Movers USA is fast, professional, and fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire movers!

I moved from Jessup to Bethesda with movers USA and I couldn’t be happier. They guys were professional and knowledgeable and finished the work in no time. The price was great as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who looks for true professionals.

I strongly urge anyone considering Movers USA to read this before booking.

I hired this company at the end of December based on a quote and clear explanation of services. I was explicitly told the movers would disassemble and reassemble furniture, were professional, and experienced with stairs without causing damage. This was a major reason I agreed to their quoted price.

On moving day, that quote was changed and increased, which already set a bad tone. Unfortunately, things got worse. During the move, the movers damaged my walls and personal items, to the point that I had to hire a painter for touch-ups afterward.

Even more unacceptable: I gave the movers the keys to my apartment so they could move items in and out. They lost my keys, which resulted in me being charged by my apartment complex after I moved out.

I contacted the company immediately and provided photos of the damage. Getting any accountability was extremely difficult. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund $120, which does not even come close to covering:
    •    the cost of replacing the lost keys
    •    the fees charged by my apartment
    •    the painter I had to hire due to their damage

At that point, I just wanted the situation resolved, so I accepted the $120. I was told it would be sent via Zelle.

It has now been over a month, and I have still not received the refund. I have followed up repeatedly and was continuously told that “the office is handling it” and that the Zelle was “being sent.” It never was.

What finally crossed the line: after my husband left an honest review out of frustration, I was told to remove the bad review in exchange for the refund. This is after a refund had already been agreed upon weeks earlier.

Holding a refund hostage in exchange for deleting a review is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

At this point, I am done chasing them. I am leaving this review so others are aware of what they may be dealing with:
price changes, property damage, lost keys, delayed refunds, and pressure to remove reviews instead of resolving issues.

I cannot recommend this company and regret using them.

I strongly recommend avoiding this moving company based on my experience. During my move, my couch was damaged, my keys and building key fob were lost, and I was forced to pay $150 out of pocket to replace them and restore building access. The move also caused wall damage requiring repair, creating additional unexpected expenses.

After reporting the incident, the company agreed to a $120 settlement, which I accepted in good faith despite it not fully covering the damages. However, the company has failed to honor the agreed payment, and multiple follow-up attempts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful.

Failing to follow through on an agreed resolution reflects poor accountability and bad-faith business practices. I encourage potential customers to carefully reconsider using this company.

They helped us move into a new house, which is never an easy task. The way they worked was so organized that everything just fell into place, and my husband and I were actually able to relax. They did a great job and all our things made it to our new house in great condition. Glad we chose them for the job!

Professional Crew that resolved issues promptly and fairly

Very responsive and helpful company. Made a stressful task much less so.

The crew was professional, friendly, showed true care for my possessions and satisfaction. They were there when they said they would be, had me out and in to new place in record time. Couldn't be more satisfied. I've used your company 3 times in the last 20 or so years and if need to would again. No need to shop around for me. Best result for fair price. Thank you for taking the stress out of moving. You guys are awesome.

Very Organized and Efficient! We had a 3 tier move and they made it look easy! Christian was AMAZING! Would use them over and over and over!

The Guys that moved me Chris, Freddy, Angel, Yury and Rodrigo did an Outstanding job moving my things out of my apartment. They worked quickly and made sure my items were very well protected. I was a little apprehensive and anxious about the move but they immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was very pleased with how efficient they worked getting things labeled and moved downstairs to the truck. Chris was excellent and made sure he accommodated my request pertaining to my fragile items. They moved all the things out of my apartment in about 2 hours. A job well done!

The team that moved us was incredible! I only had to explain things once and they handled everything from start to finish with very little direction from us.
They did not complain or give us a hard time for anything. The team leader Alberto was a very good leader Keep this one on you team he is awesome.
They rook very good care of all of our items and did not damage one thing.
When we prepare for the second move we intend to request the same crew.
I have worked with other moving companies and this one by far is the best!

They were on time, very efficient, very manerly, did more than what I expected them to do. Very friendly. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend this company.

3 men worked very hard loading and then driving 5 hours to Albany NY. There, they started unloading at our new home early the next morning and work through the snow fall. A very dedicated team.

Despite some of the worst weather of the year (freezing rain, icy conditions, etc.), Movers USA was prompt, communicative and got the job done with a smile on their faces and incredible efficiency.

The crew made their appointment time and we're actually at the house earlier that I thought they would come. They were expected to arrive between 8-10 am. They were at the house at 8am.

Friendly and attention to detail were good.

The entire staff (Jim, Ray and Moving Crew) was extremely helpful, curteous and professional. Everyone did an awesome job!!!!
