The lady who delivered the course created a great learning environment and encouraged everyone to be involved. Fab course made really fun by Nat. Noone wants to spend a full day doing training on a Saturday but we really enjoyed our day. Learnt so much but had lots of laughs along the way. See you in 3 years 😊
