The earrings are pretty however one of them will not close. Contacted support both through email and text with video proof for the past few days - no response so far. Would like a response soon, considering their website says they have support hours everyday and the return/refund window is only 14 days. And based on other negative reviews, not sure why we need to go through this 3rd party website in order to get support's immediate attention. It would benefit them if they were honest about their response times on their website. Will update rating when it’s addressed.
Update: Had my credit card company dispute the transaction due to 1st Xulie's continued unresponsiveness 1/20. Another important note, I had also left a negative review directly on their site for the item on 1/15 with the only automatic reprieve being a 15% off coupon a next purchase that expires in a month. It never posted, so buyers be wary of the potential negative review censorship.
