I would like to raise a complaint regarding a payment issue that has still not been resolved. 1 win id is 344724155

On 2 February, I made a payment of ₹50,000 to my gaming account on 1win. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and a 13-digit UTR (3078042395847) was generated for this transaction. However, the amount has not been credited to my 1win account.

I have already contacted 1win support multiple times. Initially, they were unable to locate the transaction, but later they confirmed that the request has been escalated to the payment provider for further investigation. My application number is PMNT-4650834, and the case is still showing as “in progress.”

Despite waiting for more than 10 days, I have not received any clear resolution. I have also raised a dispute with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully debited from my account.

I request that my 13-digit UTR transaction be properly traced and activated, and the amount of ₹50,000 be credited to my account without further delay.

If the amount has been received on the beneficiary side but not credited to my account, I request that the funds be either credited to my 1win account or returned to my bank account.

I expect a proper investigation and a clear resolution of this issue at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate it further with the appropriate authorities.

When I lose money, everything works fine.

When I win, suddenly additional verifications are requested, even though my account was already verified. Shortly after, my account was blocked and generic terms were invoked without a clear explanation.

I did not violate any rules, and my account was used normally.

This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

This is the worst platform ever. fun1win is totally a scam , for me to withdraw I was requested to pay 350 s I can upgrade to VIP1 then continue playing. All of a sudden they said I have huge profit therefore I should withdraw. I tried to withdraw and I was requested to pay 550 to upgrade to VIP2 I did because I wanted some that they are really scammers. I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 47 days.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 47 days for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

I want to подробно share my experience with 1win to warn other users. I topped up my gaming account with 176.76 TON (≈ 25,000 RUB) and placed a bet on a football event. The bet was refunded, and the funds were supposed to return to my balance.

After the event ended, I logged into my personal account and discovered the following:
• the balance was reset to zero;
• an attempted withdrawal appeared that I did not initiate;
• the account email was changed without my involvement.

The chat manager stated that I had attempted to withdraw funds, then canceled the withdrawal, after which the gaming balance was allegedly spent in the casino section. Despite my repeated requests to provide logs, the so-called 1win security team provided nothing.

My activity on the platform is extremely rare: in fact, I only played on 26.08.2025, 08.12.2025, and 11.01.2026. Even if a third party had gained access to the account, they could not physically predict the date of my next deposit and bet. Therefore, I rule out the possibility of hacking by external parties.

All signs indicate that the manipulations with the balance, gaming activity, and withdrawal attempt were carried out directly within the 1win personal account system, creating the illusion of a hack and the subsequent disappearance of funds.

I passed full KYC verification, and the security service restored access to the account, but the balance was not returned, and no explanation for the deducted funds was provided. The affiliate program referred to the rules regarding “the client’s responsibility for the actions of third parties” and refused compensation.

Judging by reviews from other users, my case is not unique: many complain about similar situations—balance resets and “gaming activity” that the user never performed. The impression is that the personal account system is designed in such a way as to write off funds and create the illusion of a hack, while placing full responsibility on the client.

I am sharing this experience so that other clients understand: even with minimal activity and full identity verification (KYC), your funds can be arbitrarily deducted, and responsibility for this is shifted onto the user. I recommend being extremely cautious with deposits and bets on this platform.
