The company demonstrated fairness…
The company demonstrated fairness regarding negotiated terms for a one-off shipment as within the Credit Application and Deed of Guarantee, it appeared that the Deed of Guarantee is wholly disproportionate to a single import clearance.
I was not prepared to enter into any continuing personal guarantee or PPSA-secured facility (i.e. any security interest or charge over my assets, vehicles, equipment, accounts, or intellectual property).
My preference was to proceed under a transaction-specific indemnity capped at the shipment’s declared value, supported by full prepayment upon receipt of invoice.
The Branch Manager accepted my terms and what proceeded was a secure, safe and quick delivery.

Good price but always delayed responses
Although prices are better than competitors, responses are slow. I don’t like to have to send with DHL but at least the booking in process is quick and easy and I know it will get collected within 24 hours

WILL NOT PAY
We have been supplying transport services to 20Cube for many years. As of this year they have become belligerent at paying invoices.
We have had to repeatedly ask all year for invoices to be paid. We have now sold our company and they are completely ignoring us and have not paid over $8000 in overdue invoices.
