I placed an order and received confirmation. Four days later, they told me they couldn't fulfill the order because the item was out of stock. Great! But why didn't they tell me this right away? The price had increased significantly during this time. I literally missed out on a great deal, solely because of 220.lv.

They are a joke. I bought a Paddleboarding in May, today is 7th on July and I haven't received it. It was canceled and I haven't received a refund either.
They don't have English support but they do have Russian? Lol
English is Universal dah.

🛋 On October 2, 2024, I ordered the Asgard 3+1 furniture set (€886.00) from 220.lv. It includes a sofa and an armchair. As usual with this store, the delivery was delayed by a month, and I received no information from them about the delay. The item was finally delivered on November 19, 2024.
❌ Quality? Terrible.
After less than a month of use, on December 14, 2024, the armrest of the armchair broke off because it had been attached with completely unsuitable screws.
The sofa started squeaking, and gaps appeared in its armrests. The fabric stitching also started to come undone. On January 13, 2025, the back legs of the armchair completely snapped off.
💬 Communication with customer service? A total disappointment.
We started corresponding on January 13, 2025, and received a reply three weeks later — they claimed the damage was mechanical and offered a paid repair. After I mentioned the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC), the matter was suddenly forwarded to the supplier.
After another 10 days with no response, I contacted them again — I finally got a message saying we had been "sitting on the armrest" (not true), and regarding the armchair legs — no response at all.
🔎 Conclusion?
220.lv sells furniture of questionable quality, and when problems arise, they blame the customer. Before purchasing, carefully consider whether you're ready to deal with this kind of attitude and potential extra costs.
⭐️ My rating: 1/5 – defective product, poor customer service, and no accountability from the seller.

Funkcija "Ātrā piegade" ir tikai triks kurš,nestradā. Tu samaksā paaugstinātu preces cenu,par to ka saņemsi preci nākamajā dienā. Un pēc tam saņem epastu,ka prece tiks piegadata pēc nedēļas. Kaut identisku precu ar tādu piegades datumu varēji pasūtīt uz pusi lētāk. Neuzticams tirgotājs!

Extremely disappointed with 220.lv. I ordered a MAKITA jigsaw (order no. 3..... 96) and paid in advance. The delivery was promised for April 3rd, 2025, and I planned my vacation based on this. But just one day before the delivery, I received a message that the order was canceled — without any proper explanation.
Even worse, they said the refund would take 3 to 5 business days. When you place an order, they take the money immediately — but when they have to return it, it suddenly becomes a long process. That’s unacceptable and feels like malicious behavior — like they are using people's money without permission. It’s not fair that the customer has to wait and suffer because of their poor organization and broken promises.
If they were a serious and trustworthy company, they would immediately return the money once they cancel the order. This whole experience was a huge waste of time and caused me real problems. I advise others to be very careful — you cannot rely on this company.

Мне подарили Apple Watch SE2. Спустя полтора года часы перестали держать батарейку. То есть даже не доживают до вечера, держат часов 6-7....
Попытались сдать по гарантии на ремонт. 220.lv сказали, что не гарантийный случай и это вполне нормальный износ батареи.
Серьезно? Полтора года это срок???

Hi. Want to write very good review for the shop. We ordered TV, did not check that at point of receipt. At home found it was broken. Returned. Shop agreed to change, although could have easily said that it is not their fault. No party could prove anything. TV was changed, easy, quick within a week. Very happy with service, attitude. Thank You. Other shops would have easily said it is not their fault. Will order here more goods in future👍
