I work with this company as a partner driver, but definitely will not anymore! Drivers, stay away with this company! They don't pay on time and when it comes to contact accountancy, no chance at all!

had a very wonderful experience with Mr. Manea. My flight was delayed 6h and was stranded in the airport another hour because of a security concern. They understood my situation, constantly monitored my flight and were aware of the situation more than i was. They made more than i thought to make sure i will get to my hotel. I encourage everyone to give them a try!!

In my experience this is a good company that has integrity and is prepared to rectify any problems as they may arise swiftly and without fuss.

I have used the company 4 times over the last month and they have great customer service and communication from staff and driver.
Competitive and good prices with new coaches and the drivers arrive early / on time.

My last visit to london was last moth and i've been with my family. Thinking how to get to the airport i came across 247, i've saw on tripadvisor a lot of good reviews and a lot of people happy with their service. I've called on their number and one of their operators took my call, the price for an mpv was very cheap and the car was fantastic. The driver arrived 20 minutes early and called me to let me know that he's waiting for me as soon as i'm ready. Great service, i will definetly use it again.

When I found out that the person that was supposed to pick me up from Heathrow has a serious problem and can't reach to the airport in that particular day, I had to find an alternate solution, more over that I had some errands to do. So i pulled out my phone, and I saw this company, which had very positive reviews, and called their number. I was greeted by a friendly voice over the line, and I said that I needed a car very soon. They ensured me that they will have a car available there in about 15 minutes, and guess what: it was there actually in 10 minutes :D A classy and polite gentleman came out to me and he helped me with my suitcase. The trip was smooth, and I got to the place i needed to be, and also had plenty of time to solve my personal issues.

This is a company which has 2 prices...one for the driver...smaller...that take comission from it...and one for the passanger...higher...that also take commission from it to obtain the driver price list...
Is the Romanian style company where everybody (managers)are trying to trick all others just for their own benefit and not in the spirit of fareness like this country does

This is related to another review... I am reporting due to its shared responsibility in the same situation. The fact is, this company did not honor its quotes, nor its agreement with minicabster.co.uk. If they disregard consumer and colleague a like, how professional are they really, how can you trust them?

I received a confirmed quote in my email using the minicabster webpage for this company. The webpage promises that the price will be honored. The email quote says 100% price guarantee. But the reality so far has been them constantly trying to change the price on me. (I see other reviews to the same effect... its called bait and switch and its usually illegal in contract law). I have an airport transfer(with my elderly mother no less), so it is not something I dare mess around with. But the cab company so far says that if they are going to show up, they are going to charge me 9 times the price quoted!.... ...
You have to ask yourself... you are looking for a company to make your cab bookings go smoothly... This is not the company. You do not need to spend more than 240 minutes during the course of a week talking to various persons, or writing emails. You need services that make your life easier. I am taking the time to write my experience... to spare you the time bothering with this company. There are plenty of other companies out there. Don't waste your time on the cab company 247 airporttransfers London UK- because they do not honor their quotes, even though that is part of their agreement with minicabster.)

(illegal 'bait and switch' tactics. Such tactics are not just damaging to the consumer... they are also unfair competition to other cab companies that are trying to make an honest living. Lets face it fellow consumers... you know how it is. If you are on the wrong side of a computer glitch... who is going to pay? YOU are. The company is going to just shrug and keep your money. Are you even going to know when you have been over charged because of similar glitches? Minicabster and 247 airporttransfer UK are both culpable in this situation. The proposed price... was higher than market rate. They should have honored the price guarantee Luckily there is competition and an alternative has been arranged)
