4 days and still no shorts!
Ordered a single pair of shorts on Monday, email acknowledgement received saying order being processed. On Thursday morning I emailed support as had not had any updates. At the same time I sent a sarcastic reply to his jogging room email that I received a couple of hours later, and this exchange ended with him cancelling the order!
Learning - this new business has no sense of customer service or customer frustration (one pair of shorts still being processed after 4 days!) and is clearly not geared up for processing orders in a timely fashion (Adidas took 3 hours to process an order for a single item). Most importantly feedback, albeit sarcastic, is not well received.
My advice, shop elsewhere until the business has matured and the owner has attended a customer services course.
Update from reply: Correctly assessed my unhappiness and doing very well thanks, got a pair of shorts in one day. Good luck with your business and I hope you can improve the speed of service.

Lets be honest Chris, you sent a very rude email, and I told you I didn't want your business. I stand by that, and I don't know anybody in the world that would want peoples money when their rude to them. At 262 we want people to have a positive experience, and it seemed very unlikely you were having one. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review, but I hope you're doing well.

Came across the brand through listening to Stephen’s YouTube channel.I was happy to support him and have since ordered more gear.First off the delivery service is off the charts and customer support is second to none.The gear is top quality and the gel holder mesh is unrivalled for the money.Would highly recommend.

Bought a pair of shorts
Bought a pair of shorts, carried 4 gels, which didn't move, and forgot they were there. Perfect for the marathon and longer.
Ordering and delivery was very easy.
Fully recommend.

I bought a pair of marathon running tights; they are so good in quality. The shorts also come with storage for food & two handy pockets for the mobile phone or a drinking bottle, so there is no need for a running belt, which I found always rode up on me.
Great product. I will be ordering more from this clothing company. You also get free running advice when you sign up for Stephen Scullion's running channel.
The price point is great I would actually pay more.

Bought the shorts first, used them for a half marathon and could believe how good they were. Good price point and great quality. I then have also got the windbreaker, vest & hat. All great price and great quality. Some of the reviews on here are silly give a small business a chance. Love the gear can’t wait for new stuff 🙏🏼

Great half tights
Went with the half tights with pockets. Absolutely stellar stuff for a great price. Pockets fit loads but aren’t so roomy that your phone bounces around. Liner is great too, and all with good delivery turnaround

Scully personally reached out to me and conceded he'd made some mistakes in his level of customer service. He was kind enough to send out some new pieces (1/4 zip and running tights) both of which have been excellent. I would now highly recommend this brand, not just for the products but to support a business and athlete learning and improving!

Sorry you had issues Jack, just seeing this for the first time today, but I hope in future things will be better, and apologies for not handling this well.
Teething problems with a return, but genuine and honest business.
After some issues with trying to contact 262 re a return, I messaged the owner on instagram. To be fair, he responded very swiftly and issued a refund the same day. This business may not be getting everything right, as of today, but I believe they are genuine and on a learning curve, and really trying to do their best.
I would still buy again and support this company!

Thanks Jason, an honest review, and I will take it on the chin for sure. we're month 9 now, and so that would of been month 4 maybe. I can't even remember what I was up to Month 4, but it's very likely I was still handling everything from my house etc. No excuses, and I know in future it will be better. Thanks for supporting.
INCREDIBLE gear
Noticed there were no external reviews for this brand yet (other than their website), which concerned me a little when I ordered - but very happy to report they're legit.
Even better than that, their gear is INSANELY good. I'm mid marathon training and bought the split shorts, which I used for the first time on a 16mile training run this weekend. The most comfortable I've ever worn at that distance, zero chafing, light and easy. The gel pockets and little hidden phone pocket are a game-changer, too. All the small details show they're clearly designed by someone who's run a lot of miles - the absence of that kind of thinking always frustrates me about big brand gear.
Delivery took longer than expected but fairly sure that was an Evri issue. Will be back for more!
