Very disappointing return process. After submitting my return, it just says “pending approval” with no clear instructions on how to actually send the items back. No QR code, no label, nothing explained properly. On top of that, they only offer store credit and don’t even give the option for a refund back to the original payment method. Extremely unfair and frustrating experience.

Hi,
To clarify, once a return request is submitted through our portal, it first comes through to our team for approval. Once approved, clear return instructions are automatically sent, including the next steps for returning the item(s). The “pending approval” status simply means the request had not yet been reviewed by our team at the time of your review.
Regarding refunds, items purchased during promotional/sale periods are eligible for exchange or store credit only, as clearly outlined in our returns policy prior to purchase.
It’s disappointing to receive a 1 star review regarding a process that had not yet been completed, particularly as no contact had been made with our support team beforehand. We’re always happy to assist with any confusion and resolve issues directly where possible.
As the return instructions were sent following approval of the request and the policy was clearly outlined prior to purchase, we hope this provides further clarity regarding the situation and would appreciate reconsideration of your negative review.
Payed for next day delivery still no…
Payed for next day delivery still no sign of item ordered a week ago and had no update or response from seller horrid customer service. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Have emailed them no response and item says it’s in London hours away from where I live and hasn’t moved since I payed.

We can now gladly say it has been sorted and all orders have been sent out so you will be receiving this in the coming days.
Again, we'd like to apologise for the troubles caused with this and as a thank you for your patience, have sent out details of a store discount. We're a small business and we're trying to do our best.
No sign of item, bad customer service
Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago when the product was released. Still no sign of it. Was contacted 10 days ago stating there is a delay and hopeful would be shipped out beginning of this week. Still no update on tracking and contacted the brand, no response. Last heard 10 days ago and now no idea whether I will receive the item or get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

My go to running gear.
Got back into running beginning of last year (2025) and come across 28Club. Loved the brands ethos so started buying a few items; over 1 year down the line, I have a full wardrobe of 28Club gear. Quality items and great materials, and love the item that they’re always evolving the items they put out. You can tell they care about what they’re making. Customer service regarding anything has always been swift and efficient. Definitely reckon investing in the brand.

Delivered the next day
Delivered the next day, mindfully packaged with reusable bags, the material is breathable and doesn't hold any sweat smell like so many other brands.
Love the ethos and the message the brand are pushing, would highly recommend investing in long lasting, durable active wear that’s fashionable no matter the occasion.

I hope you're doing well. As we mentioned via email, we have been communicating with the courier (DPD) about the whereabouts of your parcel, to which they have stated there was insufficient address details given, hence the delay, which has now been rectified.
Whilst the transit of international orders is out of our hands, we will always do our very best to ensure that our customers are not left empty handed if an issue is to arise, in which case we would happily offer a refund or re-attempt delivery with a brand new order.
