As a 6'7" slim man, I have never in my life found clothes that actually felt like they fit.

Until now.

Purchased a pair of jeans and hoodie and they all actually fit the arms, torso, and legs without being far too wide. Quality of the clothing for the price is competitive with any other major brand while fitting 10x better. I cannot believe it has taken over 3 decades to find something that fits but now that I have I can't see myself going back. If you have someone tall and thin in your life who has ever complained about sleeve or pant length, send them to 2tall.com. Their jeans are fantastically comfortable and they come in 36", 38", and 40" length. Never in my life have I been concerned about ordering jeans TOO long, yet here we are and I love it.

Shipping to the US was extremely quick and affordable as well. $15 to have it shipped the the US in 48 hours in the midst of a pandemic. My Amazon Prime orders are delivered slower than that.

Absolutely elated to have found this store and high recommend it for anyone over 6"3" who is struggling to find well fitted clothes.

I ordered some clothes for my dad, he’s so happy he has finally found a clothing company that fits him properly. I don’t think I’ve had better customer service from anywhere else, everything was sent out quickly and the quality is excellent. Fantastic customer care. Bought jogging bottoms 28/0/20-started to fall apart. I contacted 2tall, lovely man who advised me to send photos which I did. I then received an email confirming I would be sent out a replacement pair without the need to send original pair back ( great in Covid 19 pandemic)

Customer service from these guys was tremendous. Spoke with a member of the team (Ryan I think?) who was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on what product was best for my body shape.

the service I have been provided is excellent. cannot fault them with their customer service. Clothes are expensive for the quality, but as a taller slim person, unfortunately we do get charged a premium for clothes. This in itself would not have caused me an issue. What did cause me an issue was the following:
I purchased a pair of training trousers, at £40. Not cheap, but whatever. Within 3 months they had started to develop holes in the crotch. I didn't really wear them that much either. I put it down to bad luck and when the holes got too big I just chucked them away. This was 2018.
In 2019 I purchased a second pair of joggers, different model, for £40. Within two washes, one of the metal rings at the entry hole for the drawstring had fallen off and was in my washing machine. Within 5 months these joggers also had holes on the inside seam near the crotch. This time I wasn't willing to accept the poor manufacturing quality, so I sent a complaint email to 2tall, including photos of the issues. This was just before Christmas 2019 - I've heard nothing from them. I won't buy from them again, because of the poor quality and lack of customer service response.

EDIT: 2tall have responded and offered a replacement pair of joggers. They say they did not receive my original email, which I am prepared to accept as true. Star rating increased to 4 stars, as the customer care seems good when they become aware of a problem, however I still have my doubts as to the quality of the product. I will see how the replacement pair holds up.

EDIT: 2tall have offered me a choice of replacement and, having chosen, they have dispatched immediately - within minutes. Honestly, I couldn't ask for better service than this.

My partner is 6'4" and was SO HAPPY to get a long sleeve top that actually fit his frame. He can stretch comfortably!! Thank you so much, we will be ordering many more times xx

Wasn't sure if this site would live up to it's claims, but they definitely do. It's really nice to find a site that just caters for tall guys, rather than big and tall ones. Fit was spot on for me.

And even with the pandemic in full effect, the free delivery only took 2 days. I will be returning.

Bought shirts from them, and they actually fit tall guys !

Bought some shirts from M+S that wouldn't have fitted anyone over 6'2" so returned them and bought from 2tall instead. Size guide info in the page was useful, and when they arrived they fit great. For me, the length and fit are both spot on.

Ok service when ordering. But when something needs to be changed, their return policy is so complicated that I gave up in the end.
I would recommend anyone to shop here, solely due to their return policy.

So simple to order plenty of choice goods arrived promptly was able to track parcel & received emails from dispatch to arrival great stuff excellent service
