I ordered a refurbished HP monitor which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the monitor was damaged so I started an exchange request. I was contacted by phone within hours of my request and not only did 313 Tech help with the return but they were able to sell me a brand new model within my budget. They definitely take care of their customers and will do business with them again.

The website was easy to use and find what I was looking for. The chat system took quite a few minutes to get someone to talk to, but once there was someone available, they were very helpful and friendly. Product was just what I wanted. Nice, fast, and reliable.

Received HP Reverb g2 headset in mint condition. Looked like a brand new item but saved $200 off MSRP. Very happy!

Sam did a wonderful job helping me with an unfortunate set of circumstances. I bought the Reverb G2, but the cable did not work. These particular cables are impossible to find. I contacted the manufacturer and they still have not delivered the cable, but Sam did within a couple of days. The product works great and I was able to purchase it at a discount.

Hussain was a life life saver! He got us the equipment we needed FAST!
