I used the Gadget save feature to purchase my phone. The feature is so useful. When I had issues updating payments, their WhatsApp customer service was prompt and cordial. Upon completing my payment ..I received a video of my brand new Samsung and it arrived smoothly in 2 days via DHL.

What i didn't like:
No clear instructions on how to properly update payments using the wallet. Hence, my payments weren't reflecting on my 360gadgetsafrica profile. Afterwards, they explained.

Anyway the phone arrived in great condition. It Works properly.
