This company is a complete farce- they do not provide what you have bought and paid for. You pay full value for one thing, and they ship you something completely different. Given their history here on trust pilot i.e. the solid 2.4 star rating, I will be willing to aggregate complaints and lead a legal charge against these miscreants. My loss is modest but I suspect that there will be some interest from the collective. Let me know.
AVOID!! They give false information and owe me money and their customer service is slow
I enquired about a type of cider they advertised to check it was the same as they advertised as I’ve been sent the wrong thing from other places before and they said it was in fact correct. I ordered it and it came wrong - despite them assuring me it was right. I sent numerous emails and rang and struggled to get through (emails still haven’t been answered). After speaking to someone they said I could return the wrong product so I did. After a week of no refund I rang to check they’d got it and my refund was on its way. I was told I should have an email and it takes a few days. I didn’t have an email at this point but one came through a few hours later. The email states I’m getting a refund for the product but not the £6+ delivery. I am so frustrated as from day 1 I had asked if they were advertising the right thing, and then they sent it wrong & now they’re expecting me to pay the delivery for a product I don’t have because of THEIR mistake! I know it’s only £6 but it’s not the point. Of course they aren’t answering the phone or my emails! Please avoid this company!

I can only speak to my own experience- which was very good. I ordered two bottles of wine which are hard to source. I received a tracking number very quickly, and when I picked the box up from my designated pickup point, I found that the bottles were extremely well wrapped, protected and boxed. All in all, I ended up receiving my purchase in record time, and the price was very good too.
Avoid avoid avoid!
Placed an order with them, tracking number sent, over a week no delivery, contacted royal mail they said item was never collected, numerous attempts to contact drink 365 with noy joy, sent a final email stating that I would be in touch with the police and trading standards! Got an instant response and full refund, drink365 blamed royal mail for loosing the package. Avoid this company at all costs!
All was actually very good
I wanted to buy a particular / hard to get vodka and this company was one of the few on the Internet that sold it. I read the previous reviews and so I was skeptical if this was a genuine company or not, or if they actually had this particular vodka in stock or not. I called up and confirmed yes they had this particular vodka in stock. Equally looked on Google maps to confirm they had a proper location. In end decided to go for it and buy the vodka off their website with next day delivery.
When I got the delivery - I was more than happy (1) it got delivery next day with DPD, (2) bottle was really, really well packaged and (3) got what I wanted.
Misleading and unprofessional
The site stated the next day delivery was 9 pounds, finally charged 29 pounds for next day delivery and delivered in two days. No notification regarding the delay or the price increase. The bottles were packed in a dodgy old box with A LOT of second hand dirty plastic - not the feel of a professionally packed product. I now hope that the product is genuine and not fake. Won't be using them again and don't recommend - use cheap tricks and do not look professional at all

I contacted customer services also the returns department. Neither of them bothered to reply. I contacted them both again a week later but still no response. The value of the damaged Items was only around £7/8 but that's not the point. Their total lack of communication after they had made a sale is unforgivable. I would never buy anything from them again.

Wish had read reviews before I ordered like many others placed order for 1 spirit and case of beer correspondence looked like your order is being processed then your order will be delivered the spirit arrived and been a 2 day of trying to contact since to see where rest of order is avoid would be my advice shockingly poor customer service even the chat bot doesn’t respond

Paid £29.95 for Saturday delivery
Paid £29.95 for Saturday delivery, but the parcel was not delivered. I contacted 365 Drinks and was told it was a DPD scanning issue. However, after speaking with DPD directly, I found out that the delivery service selected was not Saturday delivery, but standard next-day. This means the explanation I was given by 365 Drinks was not only incorrect but felt deliberately misleading. I now don’t have the stock I urgently needed for an event tomorrow and won’t be able to sell Guinness as planned. Very disappointed — the staff were unhelpful, and being lied to on top of a basic delivery error shows a serious lack of professionalism.

Damanged bottle - shocking customer service
Order arrived with a damaged damaged bottle cap.
Contacted customer service with photos and advised we would like a refund or replacement sent. Chased 7 days later as no response before receiving a reply, I was asked to provide images even though these were sent on the first email (delay tactic?). I replied the same day with photos and didn't receive a response so chased 5 days later asking for their complaints procedure due to no reply.
They replied the next day advising they would replace the bottle but wanted to collect the damaged bottle and asked when they could collect. I replied with a suitable date which they advised they couldn't do.
There was then a delay from my end due to a family bereavement so I replied 14 days after the last email with more suitable dates and received a response from Panna who had been the same person I had dealt with each time. Please train your staff on how to answer email. Answering part of the email in block capitals is rude and serious training is needed on good customer service.
We finally got a replacement and the damanged bottle was collected but it was so much hassle and I found their customer service shocking. It wouldn't have been hard to send a replacement bottle on receipt of my proof of damage instead it was a long drawn out process. I will not be using this site again.

I ordered a Fever Tree gift set on the 31st May 2025, great, no problem, or so I thought! They were quick in sending me an updated email that my parcel had been dispatched, Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service so i was expectingit to arriveno later than 48 hours. I went on to track my parcel and it couldn't be tracked. Royal Mail hadn't got it so I emailed 365 requesting confirmation of dispatch and if they could advise me on a delivery day. No response. No parcel came, I'd waited 6 days at this point so I went on to look up this Company and was shocked with the negative ratings from people. 9 days later, my parcel has arrived, damaged and not even what I ordered. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. I've emailed them again but I'm not holding out any hope of a reply or refund. Disgusted

I Ordered a case of beer and like the other reviews I was given a tracking number but when this is checked it never left the couriers depot and was on the way back to 365 Drinks. Like the other reviews there is no response to emails or the messaging bot

Absolutely awful company. I bought two bottles of wine and noticed it had been a few days and had no tracking number, all it said was Royal Mail was expecting my parcel. I reached out to the company and explained that I’ve had no update, they didn’t reply back to that email until I saw the shocking reviews on trust pilot. I gave it a few days still nothing. I then reached out again and told them straight if they were not going to ship out my items to me or give me a full refund I would be going to the police. And hours later they got back to me saying they never received my first email. (As if I was going to believe that). And they Blamed it on the courier. Despite the fact their reviews are terrible. I have received my refund but that is besides the point. You are paying for a service and expect to have your items or if not for them to update you. So please to anyone avoid this company!!!
