In my opinion and from my experience the customer service is disgraceful and they have no intention in supporting their clinics after they have sold the machine. They are in it for the sales and nothing more. I am still a young business only been open for 2 years and back when setting up I contacted 3D to find out more information regarding their equipment I was encouraged to put down a deposit for a HIFU machine and I did. It was discussed that they would hold the machine for a minimum of 6 months so I could get the clinic open and build up some clientele before I would receive the machine, this was not the case I was bullied in to taking the machine straight away. After the inadequate training that was online I was so distraught I reached out to 3D for help and was fobbed off and told I didn’t have the ‘knowledge’ to make the machine work in my business. I have been a therapist for nearly 20 years. They promised I would be given the support needed to make this partnership a success. Again nothing happened and I was just cast aside. I contacted them again this time to take the machine back and stop the finance, this was still within the first 6 months ‘free’ period. They declined to do this and promised again they would mentor me and help me to promote 3D and my business. I was promised an in clinic visit and they failed to show up twice with no notice. I have not received any support from them in regards to a BDM or any form of face to face support, or even a call for that matter. I contacted them again to convey my utter disappointment in their business ethics and the way they have conducted themselves towards me. I pleaded with them to take the machine back and stop all financial burden but again I was met with no compassion and bullied into swapping the HIFU to the Hydr02facial machine as they believed it would better suit my clinic and yet again offered support and mentoring to help kickstart the machine and my business but then I have received nothing but the link to Dropbox where there is out of date content that gains no traction on social media. I have been in battle with this company for over 2 years so I urge you not to partner with them and be in the financial state I am currently in. I have been a sales target for someone’s bonus and nothing more.
Stay clear of 3D Aesthetics.

I have been dealing with Aaron from 3D Aesthetics during past week, Aaron has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable understanding, and genuinely caring when it comes to dealing with clients. His Excellent customer service immediately make you feel comfortable, valued, and reassured that you are in good hands.

A great experience with our delivery today from Paul. He was professional thorough and was really clear on what we had to do to look after our machine until our training. He was on time and made the experience exciting for us as a Clinic with our first machine. Very easy to understand

3Dlipo 3D Aesthetics as it is now known i would advise all future businesses to seriously consider before purchasing a machine or thier service contracts. Absolutely disgusting. We were pushed into a service contract by the customer service team in 2022 advising that we would not be covered in case of breakdown and the cost of replacement will be expensive. The service contract however does not detail the actual cost of a service or replacement of parts. Due to health reasons we sent several emails detailing our position and advised we wished to cancel and waited for a response. All emails were ignored. No part of the service contract was fulfilled during the time as we ahd new managers taking over the company. Now after 3 years they are chasing us for outstanding payments. NEVER EVER PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT IT IS A CON

This company is by far the best I’ve ever used and trained with! It started with Aaron who helped me pick the right technology for my clinic. He was never pushy just very informative and helpful! So far I have trained with the trilogy ice and am over the moon with it! The training was so in depth and informative and I am so confident moving forward!

Paul was very warm & thorough, he explained everything and was happy to repeat anything to make sure we were fully informed. Very lovely and patient

I recently purchased a Hydro2 device from 3d aesthetics and I have been so impressed with the whole process so far. It has all been so straightforward and well managed. From the initial communication, training, delivery of machine and ongoing support, I have felt very supported. Would definitely recommend them as a great distributor to work with.

I had an amazing experience with 3D Aesthetics. The service was excellent from start to finish and everything was handled so professionally. Aaron was especially helpful always available whenever I needed advice or had any questions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Delivery was really fast, and the delivery driver was great too friendly and professional. I couldn’t fault the service at all and would 100% recommend 3D Aesthetics.
