High praise after years of being a customer
Accidentally got 3 spools of a different material. After sending the query, got refunded for 3 spools while keeping the ones I got! Asked about alternative to the one I ordered (didn't have any left) and got a rapid response with multiple choices. Ordered them all and they are fantastic!
