Very poor experience with 3E ACCOUNTING LIMITED. Very unprofessional, wasting time and promising what they cant deliver. They offer cheap services but it is not worth it. Very complicated and messy internal process. it takes ages to get reply especially after they receive a payment.

bad experience. all they want is money and bad service. surprising they have high scores of reviews on other channels. very bad. will never recommend to anyone.

1) 3E is responsive and generally reliable.

2) Pricing is fair.

3) It is not a good experience that 3E regularly spams us with automatic emails like "Warning! There is this and that regulatory obligation and you will get strict penalty if you don't do it, but if you already engaged 3E you can ignore this email". This kind of email is unhelpful and unprofessional, because it means that we always have to respond back and double check if 3E is actively handling this obligation or not. The professional approach would be that 3E personalizes the messaging according to whether they are taking charge of given obligation or not.

4) The above point 3 has been raised to 3E several times already, but has been ignored. This makes me believe that 3E does not really care about the quality of the service.

5) It is a bit too strict that when we utilize 3E for ND service, we have to use all other services from them also and we are even not able to save costs by filing the NIL GST by ourselves - sometimes 3E makes this simple obligation unnecessarily complicated. And we are not clear why 3E deleted our old Corppass and would not allow even me as a director to access it.

Cheap but they messed up issuing the cap table due to an internal miscommunication. When communicating with them, they just go round and round without addressing the fact that they messed up the share issuance.

It has now caused the company trouble with fundraising - not worth it!
