I ordered on line Dec, 31st in notes i said it had to be delivered by 3;30 JAN. 2nd THE VIEWING WAS 4 TO 9 WE CALLED FROM 5 T0 7;45 5 TIMES AND IT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 8;45 I ordered the best orchid in price and it was colored in the picture they substituted it to a white orchid which was in my opinion poor quality and the last color i wanted I was really disappointed as this was a special relative and i told them i would never use their service again or recommend them,

The delivery option selected at checkout was our free regular funeral delivery, which is scheduled for any time up to 9:00 PM on the delivery date. While we always do our best to accommodate requested times noted in the order comments, delivery notes are not guaranteed unless a time-specific delivery service (by 12 PM or by 5 PM) is selected.
Regarding the orchid, all of our arrangements are fulfilled in line with our substitution policy, which is clearly noted on our website. In cases where a specific color or variety is unavailable, our designers substitute with the closest available option of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and quality. While the orchid color was changed to white, the arrangement was fulfilled to value and designed with care. We understand that color preference is very personal, especially for a funeral, and we regret that this substitution did not meet your expectations.

I made an order over 300 dollars
Edit: 416-flowers has still been withholding my refund after agreeing to do it. The order was very clearly covered as a part of their refund policy. It was not an international order simply placed while on vacation. The store credit was not offered as an alternative; I was lied to, told that it was impossible to have it refunded.
While in Mexico as a Canadian, I made an order over 300 dollars. Upon noticing some issues with it (<5 minutes after having placed it) I asked to have the order cancelled and refunded. They replied quickly very happy to cancel the order. For some reason they took me for some kind of fool and very predatorily refused to refund me to my payment method holding my funds hostage as store credit (despite multiple clarifications to what I wanted). Fortunately, bank chargebacks exist. I would altogether avoid this vendor, and make sure to go to your bank regarding their bad faith practices as they will not help.

I ordered the Winter Wishes Bouquet from 416-Flowers for my mom’s birthday last week, and the experience was excellent.
I placed the order in the morning, and it was delivered right on time that afternoon. The bouquet looked exactly like the photo online—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. My mom loved it.
Pricing was clear and straightforward: $40 for the bouquet + $15 delivery, coming to about $65 with tax. For the quality and reliability, it was absolutely worth it.
Ordering was seamless from start to finish. A nice extra touch was the handwritten note and a promo code for my next order, which shows they value returning customers.
Because of this experience, I’ll be using 416-Flowers for future occasions

Called me at midnight on a Friday night…
Called me in Sweden from +1 (647) 846-2919 at midnight on a Friday night (6pm Toronto time) and woke me up. Haven’t placed an order since last year so they have no reason to call me. I’m absolutely furious, interrupted my sleep.
Edit: since posting this review, I’ve been receiving several long distance calls from 416 numbers. This is harassment and I will be pressing charges soon.

I ordered two flower arrangements on Saturday for my mother’s 90th birthday today. I was a bit concerned because at 3pm they hadn’t been delivered so I checked reviews and they were awful. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my mother FaceTimed me at 4pm. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exceeded expectation. She was in tears because they were so beautiful. I’m in Australia so it’s hard to know whether flowers will look like the picture but in this case, they were stunning. My mother even said she had never seen roses that big. Very happy customer. The only thing I will say is that the website could be more user friendly.

Shame what this business did to me
As a new customer exploring floral arrangements for a funeral, I selected an arrangement that I found appealing. While continuing to browse, I discovered another beautiful arrangement and added it to my cart. I also included a personalized ribbon with a message for the bereaved family. Upon reaching the checkout, I observed a change in the total amount. I then realized I had mistakenly added the first arrangement to my cart. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after entering my payment details. Consequently, I promptly contacted 416 Flowers to inform them of the error, with the order being placed on August 28th. I subsequently emailed to request a refund for the additional arrangement. Although a refund was promised, I received an email explaining that management was on vacation. After sending follow-up emails, I have not received a response and am still awaiting the promised refund. It is disheartening to have to write this. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, and I intend to share my experience on social media platforms, as it is unacceptable that my money has not been refunded after nearly two months.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and paid additional for a Happy Mother's Day pick and guaranteed delivery for the Sunday of Mother's day.
My other was nonetheless late and the flowers I received were garbage - the roses had dried up, the leaves had broken, there was mold, the lillies were wilting, the greens were yellowing. Absolutely insane that I paid 84 CAD for this when I could have gone to Walmart and picked out nicer flowers than this for a third of the price. To add insult to injury, even the Mother's Day pick I had received was wrong - instead, it was an I Love You. I would never have complained about something so trivial had it not been for everything else. I cannot believe the audacity of this company.
If I could rate this in the negatives - I would.

Even if it’s a Canadian site delivering to an address in Canada, they will charge you the Canadian amount in USD (not the conversion) if you are paying from outside Canada. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for…
I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my mother and grandmother a week before. When I checked out with the address there was no indication that they do not deliver there. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday which they weren’t. I called on Saturday and the lady I spoke with was going to call the delivery company and call me back. I did not receive a response and called back.
I was advised that they are unable to deliver the flowers to the address provided and that they would provide me a refund. They told me that an email was sent outlining this but there was no email.
This company is an absolute joke, they didn’t even notify me that they could not do the delivery, and now my chance of ordering flowers for when they were needed (today) has gone out the window.
Thank you 416 flowers for ruining Mother’s Day with whatever business you are running. I am still waiting for my refund as I am writing this.
FYI: they use local flower shops on their behalf, so it is random in whether customer service is consistent. Do not say you deliver to one place if that is not the case!
