I ordered a replacement charger from these guys for a Lenovo Legion laptop - which requires a specific power brick. I paid extra for rush shipping and expected my delivery at the very latest, 10 days later. Well a full MONTH and 6 days after I ordered, then it finally arrived. I communicated via their WhatsApp line that this wasn't what I expected and I got the run around a few times. Having said that, I did pay a decent price for the charger.

My suspicion is that they order from China, they don't explain the long waiting periods, and they aren't upfront about communicating their super long shipping times. They have a pop-up on their website saying they "Notice: We sincerely apologize for the backlog caused by the recent supplier holiday. Our team is currently monitoring and prioritizing all pending shipments and delayed tracking items that have already been shipped to ensure everything is processed as quickly as possible."

However, this only shows up when you've already ordered from them! I suspect that they just keep that on their website permanently so people don't complain too hard about things taking forever to arrive. I've seen it pop-up for the past month straight so I'm pretty skeptical.

So use these people if you're looking for a specific piece of tech, their prices are really decent, but not if you're in a rush like I was.

They have kept me up to date about my shipment.

Communication could be better, a long time past before you get any updates, but that said, i did recieve my correct purchase, and all went smooth, prepare to wait a while for delivery

If I could give a ZERO score, I would. Ordered on the 29th of April 2026 because the website indicated that the item was "In stock". Since then, all whatsapp messages have been generic. I have tried to cancel my order, request a refund (I even bought the exact same item from TakeaLot and it was delivered within 2 days), and still they are "trying to locate my item from the supplier". They are refusing to refund me my money. BIG SCAM! Stay away!!!
