इस संबंध में मैं पहले भी कई बार आपकी कस्टमर सपोर्ट टीम से संपर्क कर चुका हूँ और अपने बैंक खाते का बैंक स्टेटमेंट भी उपलब्ध करा चुका हूँ, जिससे स्पष्ट रूप से प्रमाणित होता है कि उक्त राशि मेरे बैंक खाते में प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। इसके बावजूद आज तक मेरी समस्या का कोई समाधान नहीं किया गया है।
अब इस मामले को 11 दिन हो चुके हैं, लेकिन आपकी ओर से केवल यही कहा जा रहा है कि "आपकी राशि आपके खाते में रिफंड कर दी जाएगी।" दुर्भाग्यवश आज तक मुझे न तो कोई रिफंड प्राप्त हुआ है और न ही कोई स्पष्ट समाधान दिया गया है। प्रतिदिन एक ही उत्तर देकर मेरी समस्या को टालना किसी भी ग्राहक के लिए अत्यंत निराशाजनक और मानसिक रूप से परेशान करने वाला है।
मैं एक और बात कहना चाहता हूँ। जब कोई खिलाड़ी आपके प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर पैसे जमा (Deposit) करता है, तब यह मायने नहीं रखता कि वह किस बैंक खाते से भुगतान कर रहा है और राशि तुरंत वॉलेट में जोड़ दी जाती है। लेकिन जब वही खिलाड़ी अपनी जीती हुई या उपलब्ध राशि की Withdrawal Request करता है, तब अचानक कई नियम लागू कर दिए जाते हैं और भुगतान में अनावश्यक देरी की जाती है। यह तरीका ग्राहकों के साथ उचित व्यवहार नहीं है।
