I have been using 5greens for some time now. Despatch is always very quickly done. Once my order was one item short, but this was rectified immediately.
One of the supplements I take is Triphala. I first took it as I'd read that it could help stabilise blood sugar, as I was pre-diabetic. Recently, I ran out and didn't re-order as money was a little tight. I started to notice that I was feeling anxious and I wasn't sleeping very well. I bought some more and within a few days, my anxiety had lessened, and my sleep was much improved. I am also no longer pre-diabetic.

My osteopath recommended this company for its clean products as I was struggling to sleep. One magnesium glycenate capsule gives me a solid 8 hours for the first time in a long time. Zinc for improved absorption. Have dabbled with other cheaper makes and they were nowhere near as effective. I love that they are vegan and chemical-free.
