I've purchased a few things from 5ktoys…

I've purchased a few things from 5ktoys in the past with no issues, however, that all changed regarding my latest purchase. I recieved a faulty item from them. I emailed them regarding the issue and they emailed me back telling me that they can get a replacement part for the item from the manufacturer that can take up to a month or 2. I agreed and patiently waited 2 months with no word from them. So I emailed them asking for an update and they informed me that the manufacturer hasn't gotten back to them. So I proceeded to wait another month and when I didn't hear back from them I emailed them again asking for an update. They told me the same thing. So I proceeded to wait another month, that's 4 months total, and once again I didn't hear back from them. I emailed them a 3rd time and they said the same thing. At that point I was over the fact of trying to get a replacement and preferred to send the item back for a full refund. When I requested a refund they denied, and offered me a partial refund of $12. The item I purchased was $86 not including shipping cost. I refused the partial refund of $12 and kindly requested that I return the item for a full refund. They replied back saying that, being that I'm in Canada and they're based in the US, shipping cost will exceed the total cost of the item and so basically returning it isn't an option and offered me another partial refund of $30 this time. Take it from someone who ships things to the US on a daily basis, never in my life have I ever heard of a little tiny 6-7" action figure cost over $86 to ship. I explained that to them and kindly refused their partial refund. At the end of the day, I the buyer didn't receive exacly what I purchased. The action figure came with a faulty part that they weren't able to get replaced and I patiently waited 4 months for them to make it right. After the last email I sent, I stopped hearing from from them. A month has gone by since that last email, I've sent 3 more emails to them and they haven't replied back to any. Terrible customer service, they clearly don't care about their customers and refuse to make a wrong a right. I have requested to cancel all remaining pre orders with them and I will no longer give them my business. I would suggest you stay clear of them. There are many other online retailers you can order from who carry the exact same products that they do. Save yourself the headache, don't support a company like 5ktoys who don't respect their customers.

Great toy store don’t miss out

I have no idea why people give this site a bad rating. I’ve been buying figures from 5ktoys for years without a single problem. In fact they have the best prices, amazing selection and great communication! I have felt blessed at times being able to buy what I want for such incredible prices. Figures that have risen in value to unthinkable prices I’ve been able to get my hands on sometimes for half the price, simply by using 5ktoys. They’re always quick to respond and shipping is well done and rather fast. Perhaps a 3-4 day wait. Overall they have brought some joy into my little life just like a toy store should, so much so I actually felt the need to leave a great review. I would definitely recommend this place, they’re legit, they’re friendly, and they have an awesome selection that’s always being updated. Good luck to you and I hope you have the same experience

So disappointed

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the handling of the Vegito Blue Trump Card pre-order. As a collector, I placed my order in good faith, trusting 5Ktoys to deliver within a reasonable timeframe and to communicate proactively. Unfortunately, neither has happened.

Despite months of waiting, I’ve received no meaningful updates about the status of this item. I understand that tariffs and shipping issues may cause delays, but silence from your team is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, not vague social media posts or unanswered emails.

I’ve seen other retailers already fulfilling similar Demoniacal Fit figures, which makes this delay even more frustrating. If the item is still en route, I expect a clear timeline and confirmation. If fulfillment is no longer possible, I request a full refund without delay.

Please take responsibility and improve your communication. Your reputation among collectors depends on it.

I am extremely disappointed with 5K…

I am extremely disappointed with 5K Toys and their handling of the Vegito Blue Trump Card. My order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, and there was almost no clear communication throughout the entire process. Whenever I asked for updates, the responses were vague and unhelpful. This experience was a huge letdown, and the lack of transparency and professionalism from 5K Toys makes me regret ordering from them. I expected much better treatment as a customer. Until their communication and reliability improve, I will not be purchasing from 5K Toys again.

Conracted 5k, but they are ignorant

Conracted 5k to cancel an incorrect order well ahead of them dispatching for shipping, but they sent it anyway. Underhanded. Add to that extortionate shipping to the UK which they also obfuscate when paying partial pre orders. An ignorant way to operate.

DROP SHIPPING SCAMMERS. BEWARE.

Bought an item from these drop shippers. The item was a cheap Chinese made item and not fit for purpose. The idea of returning the item is no go as they don’t accept if package has been opened, so refund there. Be warned, DO NOT BUY from these Drop Shipping Scammers.

The absolute worst

A couple orders from them went fine. I ordered two d20 fishstudio wolves, they sent me a big empty box with nothing but bubble wrap. Not unlike others here, customer service ghosted me and they canceled all my other preorders. Currently they stole over two hundred dollars from me and are rejecting my business and my communications. Awesome.

Ok why do I have to keep wondering if real people run sites

Awful customer service, and their shipping to the UK is egregious. Why is it that after spending £40 on shipping ALONE to receive a BROKEN product, 5K's only response is "Uhh yeah use like glue or something man". Cool. Never mind the fact that one of the products I received was outright just the wrong product. Now I have a Goku with yellow hair and blue sideburns. Useless. Kinda like 5K's customer service. If I've seen even Americans complain about it, then perhaps I should've seen this coming. Anyway, I'm writing this so you can see it coming. Don't pay their crazy prices only for them to either send the wrong thing or a broken thing and then say "Damn, nothing we can do"

I would give it less if it let me, 5ktoys made my 7 year old cry

I would give it less if it let me. I have had a recent issue where 5kToys failed to send me a product i paid for delivery twice and failed to deliver both times. Which is ok not great but when a I went to get A refund ,which was offered by them by the way i have the emails, They Chose to Cancel all my Previous Preorders which I did not Approve of and Claimed to have refunded me my money back but I have not Received it, When I contacted Customer Service They have Ghosted me. I Still have not heard an answer or response.Some of these items i have waited over 2 years on now and I can’t even preorder even If I wanted to. Its Been a few weeks without hearing from them and I intend to go to the bank and Dispute this

Site de confiance qui propose une large sélection de figurines officielles ou non avec quelques trouvailles assez exotiques. Je ne peux que recommander !

ATTENTION : j'ai commandé une fois directement depuis le site pour l'expédition en France et comment dire.. les frais de douanes sont juste abusés, ils se gavent comme pas possible. Je vous recommande de passer par un prestataire d'expéditions (comme MyUS.com) et faire expédier vos commandes en payant les frais de douanes au préalable (possible avec DHL, FedEX, Aramex/DPD). Autrement vous allez casquer jusqu'à DEUX fois le prix de l'objet en frais de douanes..

Parcel was sent 2 months ago.

Parcel was sent 2 months ago and tracking showed it was on the way to Jordan even though I live in the UK. Contacted them and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders and told me it was my problem and to contact my postal service even though it hadn’t even reached the UK. Will be using GunDamit going forward as they also seem to get the products months before this company. Terrible customer service.

I love these guys

I love these guys. Been a customer for years. They ship from the west coast so I get my orders in a few days. I have never had any issues. I have heard from multiple other collectors that the customer service is horrible. They have been accused of being hard to get in contact with. I can't confirm that though.

Awful service

Awful service , the item I purchased arrived broken I contacted them and I was told to send it for a full refund which I did , I never got my refund or a new figure sent instead

I ordered the DF unexpected adventure…

I ordered the DF unexpected adventure and the yellow hair piece didn't fit properly on the peg so I tried messaging 5ktoys on Instagram and they wouldn't read them so I emailed them and they wouldn't reply. So I wrote comments on their Instagram pictures asking for customer service and they would just delete them. So after a week and a half of posting comments they finally answered my email. They said that they wouldn't replace the part and that I would have to pay for shipping myself and send the entire figure back for a refund. So I'll just use aliexpress for my 3rd party figures for now on because they actually have good customer service and don't make you pay for shipping if there's a problem with the item you purchased. Oh and by the way, I wasn't the only person posting on 5ktoys Instagram pictures asking for customer service.

Found these guys by someone posting about them on Facebook! And omg. Wanted a ultra ego vegeta for ages thought I'd have to wait for the ainme to catch up to the manage but then 5ktoys come out with a ultra ego vegeta overseas customer and arrived within a week easy! Could not be happier amazing. Keep up the great work.

Redemption

I made my order March of 2022.

I have reached out to their customer service email with no response multiple time.
Via social media, this is a very common problem.
5ktoys takes customer's money and does not deliver on products ordered.

On social media they deleted my comments which had others agreeing with me over the issue or in the same position.

I recommend purchasing same items through other retailers.

To this day, I haven't received a response or a refund.

*Update*

Since the previous post. 5ktoys.com have refunded the full amount of the 1st order.

I gave them a shot with an in-stock item order. Showed up in 2 days.

After that, I have made numerous purchases from them.

From the sent notification, items typically show in 48-72hrs.

Trying the pre-order items again.
