8 Figure Trader is a software development and infrastructure company focused on building custom MT5 Expert Advisors, private dashboards, and full-scale monitoring systems for trading businesses, educators, and advanced traders. We specialize in creating solutions that improve visibility, control, and organization around trading activity. Our core product is a custom-built Expert Advisor that connects MetaTrader 5 accounts to a private web-based dashboard, allowing users to monitor performance, risk, account metrics, and multiple accounts from a single interface. Instead of relying on constantly logging into trading platforms, our systems provide a cleaner and more efficient way to view data, track performance, and manage operations. Our services include: • Custom MT5 Expert Advisor development • Dashboard integration and account monitoring systems • Multi-account portfolio-style reporting • Leaderboards and competition tracking systems • Risk management automation (including rule-based trade closures) • Website design and full front-end customization • Backend infrastructure and database setup • Ongoing technical support and system improvements One of the biggest advantages of our system is the ability to monitor multiple accounts at once. Whether you're managing your own accounts, running a trading group, or building a performance-based environment, our dashboard allows you to see everything in one place. We also build features such as: • User login dashboards for clients or students • Real-time performance tracking • Custom account status messaging • Drawdown monitoring and alerts • Leaderboards for competitions or internal ranking • Administrative dashboards for full visibility Everything we build is customizable. No two clients are the same, so we tailor the system based on your goals — whether that’s monitoring, reporting, automation, or building a structured environment around trading data. We provide full setup and installation. Clients simply provide hosting access, and we handle the technical implementation from start to finish. After completion, clients receive full access to their system, including source code (once full payment is made), and we offer ongoing support for updates, improvements, and scaling. Important Note: We are not a broker, we do not provide funding, and we do not sell or sublicense trading platform licenses. We operate strictly as a software development and infrastructure provider. Clients are responsible for their own platform access, broker relationships, and compliance requirements. Our goal is simple — to build clean, powerful, and scalable systems that give you full visibility and control over your trading environment. If you're looking for a serious setup, not a shortcut, you're in the right place

The support team is very nice and quick to respond. So far I haven’t ran into any issues that were not solved by the team. Specially Shannon from the team, helped me figure out some issues on the platform which held me back from executing trades and helping me out to make sure that I am not going against any of the prop firm rules.

They start sending many questions
And great new conditions and terms that wasn’t in beginning

First of all you can review all the trade and can check the ip address
And you going to know all the win trades it from my ip address
And first of all the another ip device was with me as second device but some time when i was not available i made the plan
So your message as you sent at email as you will be happy to has my brother to join you as trader not trader as me how have help from another was disrespectful at all and not good answer from good company
You can review all the trade and ip address then react like this
And i was honest with you as i am
If i told you both device is mine are you going to give me my money?!!!
I am so sad to lose my time and money with you

Dear Haitham, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We take your review very seriously. Unfortunately what happened with your account was you allowed your brother to trade the account while you were sometimes busy. This rule of not allowing anyone else to trade the account applies with every prop firm. The details of this rule have always been on our website. When you request your first payout, we simply wanted to get to know you a little bit as a trader so we asked some questions. One of the questions we asked was there anyone else ever trading the account. Your response was yes, sometimes my brother when I'm busy. Unfortunately for this reason, you violated one of our major rules and your account was terminated. We didn't ban you from our prop firm, you're welcome to come back but you will need to start over and prove to us you are the one trading the account by yourself and have the skills of a professional trader. For a limited time, you can use discount code: MAY35 to receive a 35% discount on your next challenge. We look forward to having you back onboard.

This is a great prop firm
This is a great prop firm. Last night I received my second payout in the amount of 1233. Second payout processing was much faster. Took less than 24 hours. First payout took about 3 days to get approval. If you’re looking to make some extra money income, this prop firm will make that happen.

Payout well received
I wanted to wait until after I received my payout before leaving a review. The challenge was easy to pass. Then I started reading reviews how they don’t pay out. I can confirm that is not true. My payout was well received. I’m now opening a second account.

Dear Ashwini Kumar, kindly note that when trades are opened at the exact same time and then closed at the exact same time repeatedly, it's clear evidence of copy trading. Your account was 1 of 3 with the exact identical trades and we provided you with proof in the email we sent. Should you require more information from us, please feel free to reach out to us via email at support@8figuretrader.com.
Never Received My Challenge Account
I originally checked Trust Pilot before opening an account with 8FigureTrader. I purchased a 10k challenge on May 10th. I paid $99. As of today it's 5/14 and I still have no challenge login information. I sent the company two additional emails as well. But nothing.

I successfully completed the HFT…
I successfully completed the HFT Challenge and subsequently grew my $50,000 account to $51,848.93 without breaking any rules. However, during the payout process, I was falsely accused of stacking with XAUUSD. When I requested proof of this allegation, I was informed that you could not provide any evidence because my account had been deleted.
Now, I have noticed that you are once again asking me about this matter. I am unsure why, as I have already addressed the issue and was told that no proof could be given due to the deletion of my account.
I respectfully request a clear resolution to this situation. If no evidence can be provided, I expect this allegation to be withdrawn and my payout to be processed accordingly.

Dear Simranjit, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. When we replied to your payout request, we provided screenshots of proof of stacking. Stacking is defined as when you open 2 or more positions of the same instrument as the instrument is going against you. This rule is in place as we have determined it as a high risk style of trading. For more information about this rule, please visit read through the FAQ section on our website. Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact our support team at support@8figuretrader.com
